What a fair service to US Citizens....

We are the lucky fellows who got transferred to TSC and now we are supposed to wait for another month or so for getting a decision,,, let me mention one more time here that all late june filers and some of July filers are already out of 5 months. USCIS says us to wait another 60 days for these applicaitons.

AND CSC STARTED TO APPROVE SEPTEMBER FILES,,,, (THEY TRANSFERRED JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST FILES TO TSC, I GUESS TO TEACH TSC HOW TO WORK ON THE FILES,,, WE ARE THE TEST SPECIMENS HERE)

Ok, I think I'm gonna just take a break from the boards for a while.

This just makes me depressed.

Yeah, I've counted 8 approvals of people with September NOA1 dates already this week. I really hope all of you get your approvals soon.

Me too. I feel very very sorry for June/July filers who are still waiting. It's massively unfair. I'm an August filer so I know it's not my time to complain/despair yet, but I've been living apart from my husband for nearly a year now already, and this is all starting to take its toll. The transfer to TSC actually gave me hope before, but now I've become obsessive, and these past few weeks have felt like an eternity. I think I'm just going to stop thinking about it for awhile and wait for my NOA2 in the mail, whenever it comes.

I truly hope that all of you June/July filers get your approvals very soon.

We actually pay MONEY for this also, so we are customers. The luck of the draw I suppose, but it does sicken me that we are all in this little group. How very unfair, and maybe representations to congressmen/senators should be made. One thing that should always happen, is that the files should be processed in order - surely!!

I agree - something should be done to address this. It's just not fair. I only hope that it doesn't create more problems for us.

Can we all from June/July filer write a note that we can send to senator and immigration officer. In a letter we can address our issues and the unfairness that is taking a toll on us emotionally. I think I might go into depression if we are left out and other new petitioner getting approved. I donot have a hard feeling for the one who gets approved. However, I think it should be fair.

I have my letter already written out to my senator. If 1/1/11 comes along with no NOA2, that letter is gettin' sent and phone calls will be made. Every day, all day. Well, maybe not all day. But almost.

That's right Sandipdesai - Not only is TSC processing people who filed in August, but the CSC that transferred us there in the first place has now processed people who applied in September. I could understand if there were just a couple of June or July filers who were processed later (because of problems with their documents or something like that) while August and September filers got processed, but for a whole batch of people to be treated this way is totally unfair. I'm going to follow Jenny's example and try to stay away from the discussion forum for a while. It just makes me feel more sad. I will return when I have good news. According to the TSC who we phoned this morning, that will be at some point in the next 60 days.

I have my letter already written out to my senator. If 1/1/11 comes along with no NOA2, that letter is gettin' sent and phone calls will be made. Every day, all day. Well, maybe not all day. But almost.

We will be working with our congressman and senator too. Good luck.

Well, I already sent my letter to congressman and senator,,,, but then I realized that oh my god,,, we just had an election done, and now next election will be after 4 years....

So congressman and senators are not helpful these days, I was just said to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for congressanal inquiry done.

Absolutely. Although I wouldn't write to the immigration office because of the consequences.

can you be more clear what type of consequences? Thanks

I just don't know, Me and my wife. I wouldn't want an immigration officer, who has the power to delay or refuse an application, to get so irritated that they make us pay somehow. The process has already been unfair and I feel helpless right now and I don't know what they can do to damage our cases. Maybe there is nothing to worry about, but there is always a possibility that some individual who is irritated can do something that will have negative consequences. I just don't know. That is why I am being so cautious.
