Former CSC filer now TSC. Priority date August 5, and change of service center date November 2. You all make me feel so much better to know we're not alone. I'd like to ask the moderators to make a TSC cr1/ir1 list for igor's list. I'll watch this thread and keep you all updated as well! Also I was wondering if anyone noticed any trends? Is it just June, July, August filers? Are we all USC are there any LPR? Do our spouses come from specific countries...?

I can't find a common trend can anyone else?

No Common Trend... I know lots of Late July and August Filers are being transfered...

i checked by entering receipt#'s +/- 10 from my priority date... there were some of them transfered and some still said they were with CSC...

on some cases there were approvals too... which I'm sure they were different categories...

Btw i have got a touch today as well. I guess the petition has reached Texas :whistle: or is it a approval :lol:

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

to help with charting/info, we are:

K-3

July - seems like lots of those (mailed in June but they didnt stamp rec'd till July)

USC

Pakistan - seemed like countries were spread all over ... on begining of thread it was russia, china, columbia?, india. i didnt pay attention after that cause realized it wasnt just one country.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

they do not even have a listing for the i-129F

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

they dont normally process I-130s either..

look under the TSC option https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do it shows i-130... 5months etc just like for CSC (info was posted oct 14, 2010 so is relatively up to date on their site) i-130s should be ok, but they do not show the i-129F like CSC website

have horrible feeling they will decide they cant process and have to send back to CSC! govt agencies ...

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. If it makes any difference, I was randomly checking numbers behind mine, and I found a whole bunch of I-129Fs that were transferred to Texas on November 2 as well. Interestingly, I also found a bunch of I-130s AND I-129Fs from my same NOA1 date that are already receiving RFEs (i.e. already being adjudicated). What's up with that?

maybe because they are not accustomed to dealing with i-129Fs they're asking for things people didnt include because it's not required if there's as many as you say :rofl:

CSC bundled up all 'problem' cases and shipped to TSC :lol:

Well, I'm a UK citizen, and there is nothing so special about my case. Both my I-130 and I-129 were transferred from CSC to Texas on November 2nd - same day as all of you. They were originally submitted in July & Agust respectively. I suspect it's simply CSC offloading work - I'd like to think they were sent for final approval!

I agree, we need a spreadsheet of cases for analysis of this action. The next few days will be interesting waiting to see if people get touched, or receive RFE. Crossing fingers this is GOOD news!
