My Senator told me 30 days ago that my case was with an officer. Does not make sense for me to be tranferred if that was true. Do you suppose they just told her that to get them off their backs?

Based on what we've been seeing on this thread, I'd wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

You missed a lot. I hope you get better soon. In a nutshell, around 20-30 people have been approved since last week. TSC made a statement admitting the screw up. Some files are being transferred back to California and they are promising to adjudicate everyone by March 1.

edit: And we all get an escorted ride to NVC.

This is a GOOD woman. She obviously cares and has taken complete control. What she is doing is totally against normal protocol I am sure.

She is turning into a total saviour. I can only imagine her workload right now.

I have a BIG admiration for this woman.

We should send her a giant card signed by all of us after all this is over! Hehe.

TSC don't deserve it, but when we're all through this, she deserves a bouquet of flowers from us. Her assistant Cindy has also got our backs too.

Flowers are good too! Yes, she actually did put a smiley face on it! It's pretty amazing that she is not imploding despite all of this pressure and all of the emails from us.

I e-mailed Angela last night and received a reply very early this morning that she was going to find out and let me know. Nothing so far. I just hope at this stage that she will be able to find my file.

She never replied to me and I thought she didn't care either then I got approved still! She probably looks at our cases or talks to the officer. When she realizes that it's going to be approved VERY soon she probably blows it off and spends more time with cases like Wade's or waitingontheLord.

I know it's hard but it'll all be over soon. Just imagine fighting with the spouse about taking out the trash and say "okay I can wait a little bit more"

Thanks for your reassuring words. I speak a bit of French, and my husband is fluent, so I get it

I shouldn't complain so much I know, most of you haven't seen your spouses in SO very long. I am lucky my husband is a 6 hour drive away, I am just frustrated with the whole process. And it's really hard maintaining two separate residences and paying twice the amount of bills!

I hear someone say there have been 20-30 approvals on Saylin's spreadsheet, that is AMAZING!

We feel ddevestaded... hopless...forgotten...cheated... and right now a little confused! While yesterday we got an email that said we where transfered to CSC now we just got another email that said where transfered again to a USCIS office.

What makes me more mad is that my noa1 date is july 1st or according to them july 8th.. still we got transfered with all the Aug. filers while it seems all the July filers are getting approved...

here is my analysis of TSC-CSC-USCIS office:

Remember back in Nov most of our cases were transferred on Nov 2 and then to a USCIS office on Nov 24th. We were also told that TSC only put cases into the system on Nov 24th. So it took them 22 days to put cases into their system. So if cases are getting notification of transfer to CSC and very shortly to a USCIS office then it is a good thing because they are now in CSC system and ready to work on.

Also at least you guys know where you cases are, i haven't got a touch since Dec 2. Looking at the data, i do not think any K3 filers are moved back to CSC therefore, i am just assuming that my case is still at TSC.
