I emailed Barrows. I want to see what she is going to say, if she responds at all. This is all confusing. Like I said the last time I ended up at a USCIS office I was buried for three months, now again at a USCIS office? I took a look at my son this morning and just felt sad that my husband misses out on everything. Not to mention, living like a single mother is hard. I'm tired and overwhelmed at times. This process just needs to hurry its way along. My patience has run thin, I've been doing this long distance thing for a very long time. Frankly, I'm over it, and so is our bank account!

I still will remain positive today and just keep reminding myself that God has the best in store.

I hope we see some further action this Friday!

hi, i am in the same situation living like a single mother for my two sons, a 3-1/2 and 10 months old. and my husband has not even seen his new baby . my NOA1 is July 16th. I really feel that this nightmare is about to end, so let's all keep being postive, and PRAY

according to the email I received from Angela this morning she says that NVC has been notified of these cases and treated with a special delivered code.. she said this because I bluntly asked her if my case been approved means going soon to the NVC.. I told her people had been approved but not sent to NVC and I wanted to know what will happen with my case...so keep the faith.. i really think they are trying to do the best they can since the pretty much screwed everybody!!

I was about to email Angela & ask about how our petitons will be handled post approval!! I think most of the cases will transfered in one batch today from TSC -> NVC! Hope all of us make to this transfer!

my recommendation: Do NOT badger her, she will get to you. Yes she is a real person and she is working really hard, so please have some patience. If she says she will email you, she will. Do not send her another email asking if she forgot about you...come on. Also, try to be nice and respectful to her.

TSC may have messed up, but I have every admiration for this woman. She has taken it on herself to get PERSONALLY involved with all of us, I mean, that's almost unheard of in government institutions. I have to say, she seems organised, in what must be an extremely chaotic workspace, and is doing her best to keep her word on everything. I trust her, and we needed this. I just wonder why they allowed it to drag for so long.

Hang in there everybody... CSC was told to adjudicate because according to Angela, she said my case was no longer in TSC it was in CSC.. so CSC is also doing their jobs... Also, people she emailed me at 6 in the morning texas time.. I live in texas.. so they are working big time... tonight we will see approval and shipping to NVC
