With almost 400 pages in this thread, and people starting to split between those who stayed at TSC and those transferred back to CSC, would it be a good idea to start a new thread for the CSC to TSC back to CSC people? Or would that just confuse things further?

I think we're fine here. I see no reason to split the thread. I think it's good we have 400 pages, it gives us VJ cred and people take notice when they see a topic with 200,000 views.

I agree, we have all been through this together and continue to support each other no matter who is moving off to CSC or to NVC.

Heck, we've been cell mates for the past three months...let's just keep within this thread. I'm comfy here. lol

09/18/2011: POE Houston!!!

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Director Barrows was a godsend for us ...and I hope she is for all that have emailed her. Congratulations to all that were approved!

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

we where just touched again right now... i wonder if it was barrows? to fast to be here i think... :unsure:

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

Received this reply from Barrows yesterday. I'm praying for some much needed good news today :crying: And CONGRATULATIONS to all that was approved yesterday :thumbs:

Another day, another touch, don't know what's really going on. I also just got the text/email/touch at 7:30am PST with the "was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office" message.

USCIS – 171 days
08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

Ok people GOOD NEWS !!!! listen to this.. I cant believe this even happen. So I emailed Angela Barrows and she she said she was going to take a look at my file. One day pass and got a touch, next day I am transferred to CSC and 4 hours later I am approved before I was approved I was so mad that I sent a very harsh message to Angela and I was pretty upset. I was not disrespectful but I was assertive. OK so 4 hours later I received approval. I sent her another message after I received the approval and she responded to me this morning saying " I am sorry but by the time I look into your file, it was already gone to CSC.but I will track it with an analyst even at CSC until you go to the NVC" these were her words. I guess she got my email that I got approved yesterday and she sent me another one this morning which says that there is a list of tracking numbers for all files that were transferred and if it was transferred to CSC it will be approved faster. She also said that they already talked to NVC and these cases are being treated with a special delivery code. So everybody hanged in there.. she knows about the situation. I told her in my email that I was so frustrated and invited her to check the VisaJourney ( this forum) to see how many oct and nov got approved and we july filers were just waving good bye to them. So people it is very important that you send her an email. she said they have a list of cases to be tracked to immediately assign them to the analyst... Please those who are still waiting and July filer or June of course... email her and tell her about this forum and people are getting approved.. she responds within 24 hours..... plz do so.. I know she is very involved in the process.. this is a real person not a machine!!

I think she really knows what is going on AND actually willing to help and take action.

read my post.... also... she said the emails she is getting she is trying to answer all of them and she said I am assigning this cases to my analyst for immediate adjudication... plz people do it do it.. email her and tell her you are from this forum and you see people getting approved to plz help you.

Confirmed by Angela,

"i haven't forgotten about you. The file was shipped and I have confirmed that it was recieved at CSC. This is good and means that within days it will be on an officer's desk. I know that the waiting is difficult, and I appreciate your patience."
