I'm a July filer and I'm not approved. 1/2 of July filers are not approved yet. Tranfsfer status has nothing to due with NOA1 date. I know how you feel but this is pure luck.

We feel ddevestaded... hopless...forgotten...cheated... and right now a little confused! While yesterday we got an email that said we where transfered to CSC now we just got another email that said where transfered again to a USCIS office.

What makes me more mad is that my noa1 date is july 1st or according to them july 8th.. still we got transfered with all the Aug. filers while it seems all the July filers are getting approved...

A ray of hope for you.

Waiting4dlord got an email to say he was transferred to CSC yesterday, and he MAY have got the second email also. 4 hours later he was approved after he sent an email to the TSC director.

Send an email Angela.Barrows@dhs.gov and explain your situation - tell her what you just told us on the forum. I think the files are all still at TSC, if you catch it in time, you may get approved instantly like waiting4dlord did.

I would mail her now if I were you. good.gif

When emailing should we put the receipt # in the subject field?

With almost 400 pages in this thread, and people starting to split between those who stayed at TSC and those transferred back to CSC, would it be a good idea to start a new thread for the CSC to TSC back to CSC people? Or would that just confuse things further?

You see, I really dont have any hope with the "transferred to a USCIS office" because since we where at TSC my status was the same. I was at a USCIS office and i was still in "initial review". So now my status is back to the way it was... it just changed to CSC for like 2 hours...

I think we're fine here. I see no reason to split the thread. I think it's good we have 400 pages, it gives us VJ cred and people take notice when they see a topic with 200,000 views.

With almost 400 pages in this thread, and people starting to split between those who stayed at TSC and those transferred back to CSC, would it be a good idea to start a new thread for the CSC to TSC back to CSC people? Or would that just confuse things further?

I would wait till March 1st (17 more days) by then everyone hopefully is out of the TSC _ _ _hole and either approved or at CSC oor who knows what USCIS can screw up next!

HEllo everyone, Congrats to everyone who has been approved and best of luck who is going to be approved.

I am wondering what happened to an interview with the media person? I strongly believe that our application should be processed faster and given a priority whatever the next phase is. I hope this issue has been raised during interview. At least USCIS can do for us for the suffering we have gone through and going through.

I agree, we have all been through this together and continue to support each other no matter who is moving off to CSC or to NVC.

Heck, we've been cell mates for the past three months...let's just keep within this thread. I'm comfy here. lol

I emailed Barrows. I want to see what she is going to say, if she responds at all. This is all confusing. Like I said the last time I ended up at a USCIS office I was buried for three months, now again at a USCIS office? I took a look at my son this morning and just felt sad that my husband misses out on everything. Not to mention, living like a single mother is hard. I'm tired and overwhelmed at times. This process just needs to hurry its way along. My patience has run thin, I've been doing this long distance thing for a very long time. Frankly, I'm over it, and so is our bank account!

I still will remain positive today and just keep reminding myself that God has the best in store.

I hope we see some further action this Friday!
