I don't know whether I want to see a "touch" or not. A touch probably means that's it for the day - an NON touch, could lead the way to an approval email - well, I can dream! tongue_ss.gif

I've already posted a question about this in a separate topic, so sorry if you've already seen it, but I thought I would ask you guys for help as well since your situation is similar (transfer from CSC to TSC and then to "a USCIS office", whatever that means).

Long story short (you can see the slightly longer story here), we made a mistake on our I-130 and my husband's G-325A. We should have put his full name including middle name under "other names used" (his middle name is on his birth certificate, but while's he's never changed it legally, he doesn't use it anymore, i.e. it's not on his passport or on our marriage certificate, and he doesn't really want it on his green card). Should I even attempt to send in a corrected I-130 and G-325A now, or would that just slow down the processing on our case? I also don't know how I would even go about doing this, since my case is now at "a USCIS office", or if it's possible at all.

As far as I know, this shouldn't create any problems during the USCIS stage, but I'm sure it will be noticed during the NVC stage when we send his birth certificate (which has his middle name on it). Should I wait until after the I-130 approval to send in the correction, and how would I go about doing that?

OK, that didn't end up being a very "short" story, but I really appreciate your help.

Yea...finally got a touch on my I-129F petition instead of the I-130 petition! 1st touch since 11/02 transfer notice. Hoping it hits NVC b4 the

I-130, so I can finish the K-3 instead of doing the CR-1. Don't care about the extra steps or fees, I just want my hubby here with me asap!

Now THAT is interesting - as we're on K3 also.

I thought the I-129F was dead due to no touches.
