Raj,

Just a word of advice... I'm not accusing you of doing anything (yet) but..... I wouldn't come in this room and start spewing ####### out of your mouth about Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan filers. A lot of us in here have seen some of your posts in other threads (two of which are locked) and I can promise you.... it will NOT be tolerated in here. We are stressed, out of patience, and quite frankly.... have no compassion for the people that have filed after us and are complaining about "wait times". Once again, I'm not bashing you... just giving you some advice.

God Bless.

Well said Chief!!

Next step is to "walk the plank"..................LOL

i understand your frustration but venting anger on Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan applicants for what reason? of-course the wait time is a pain for anyone who has to wait irrespective of which month Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan, just because some August and September applicants went to TSC from CSC and got messed up you are saying everyone who filed after you should shut up and wait for 7 or 8 months before complaining? give me a break here.

Not at all what I said. Do not presume to put words in my mouth. I hope no one EVER has to go through what some of the people in this room have gone through. I simply advised you not to come in here and and start complaining about the timeline. Furthermore, I have never vented anger on ANYONE in these forums regardless of when they filed. I honestly don't know why you are so concerned.... you filed less than a month ago... chill out and give it some time. When you get close to the 5 month mark... then raise hell. And lastly, You asked "will NVC process these special cases as they receive them or stand in line behind Oct/Nov applicants?" The answer to that (like SqdnGuns told you in another thread)... You need to contact USCIS and/or NVC; we don't work there. If we did.... things would've been handled completely different.

i understand your frustration but venting anger on Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan applicants for what reason? of-course the wait time is a pain for anyone who has to wait irrespective of which month Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan, just because some August and September applicants went to TSC from CSC and got messed up you are saying everyone who filed after you should shut up and wait for 7 or 8 months before complaining? give me a break here.
