Congratulation Rachel, good to hear that the ordeal of the missing case was sorted out so fast!!

Congratulation Entropy!! I know how you'll be feeling after 8 months of waiting!! Happy for you!

So far no updates on our case!! Last touched on 11/29, no touches, no emails, no texts since then. Only a couple of mails from Officer Garza & Officer Barrows to hold onto!! God why us!?

My Take : The TSC Approval party is getting over soon, all of us who are waiting are being transferred back to CSC  . I don't have words for this incempetence!! The words which i have in my mind are quiet profane for this forum!

So sorry man. BUT, when the case DOES get to CSC, believe me they know how to expedite, so get your medical docs ready, and call USCIS for a Tier 2 as soon as it hits CSC. You'll be through in days.

Shocking.

Thanks i gotta take a break right now.. I am so mad and bummed down... not fair after 214 days of waiting, but tomorrow they are going to hear me!!!

I got transferred today .. NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING...man.. my email says is Initial Review.. we are probably have to wait another 4 months.. not fair.. I got an expedite.. my daughter is about to loose her therapies.. man I am so mad.. after 214 days I get transferred again??? tomorrow I will email Barrows because today she sent me a message that she was going to look into my case.. for WHAT to transfer it... ughhh

You need to email Barrows tomorrow and let her know!!! Your case needs to be approved. I totally forgot about your daughter's therapy. This is just ridiculous. On the one hand I feel better knowing that my file isn't sitting in some basement with rat feces all over it, but on the other hand, I just want to see the word "approved". I just hope we don't have much longer to wait. :help: :help:

I really hope that the transfer works out in your favor. It seems TSC has been anything but efficient when it comes to advancing "approved" petitions (or anything else for that matter).

Who knows, in the long-run, you may be better off!

No, don't think the worst...the update on the USCIS clearly says that in order to speed up our processing, a lot of files will be transferred to California. Mine was too, and remember that California officers are very proficient in clearing these applications at a much faster rater than TSC. So, I believe it is for our benefit that we were transferred.
