On February 10, 2011, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

08/09/2010: NOA1 (I-130) Received text & email with case number

02/28/2011: Received NOA2 hard copies of approval for I130 and I129F

NVC

03/02/2011: NVC Case Number Assigned, received IIN #

06/06/2011: AOS and IV received at NVC

06/21/2011: NVC Case Complete

08/24/2011: Embassy Interview

09/14/2011: Visa granted

09/18/2011: POE Houston!!!

Total time from beginning to end: 406 days (1 year, 1 month, 10 days)

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

I just emailed Cindy also. It's crazy man.... I'm not looking for them to necessarily speed up on processing mine. I don't want to jump in front of anyone that filed before me. Heck, I just want to make sure they still have it, but.... NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! :ranting:

Dude, I hear ya loud and clear! I've placed 2 service requests which yielded 2 bullsh@* incoherent letters telling me absolutely nothing. I've placed an expedite which has, as far as I can tell, been an exercise in futility. I emailed the TSC once, received the standard-issue Legend of Garza reply about 2 weeks ago, and again, bubkiss. I haven't emailed anyone else yet, as I've just hit the 6-month mark. I think I'll do so in a couple of weeks. :bonk:

03/10/11- I-864/DS-230 packages received by NVC

03/24/11- case complete, forwarded to Albania

xx/xx/11- interview in Tirana (denied visa), waiver submitted

I-601 Hardship Waiver

xx/xx/11- waiver sent to Vienna for processing

xx/xx/11- visa issued (please please please)
