I really wish you would stop spewing venom about the Oct/Nov filers.

I have kept quite for a long time now, but I cant stand the "them vs us" attitude that you are trying to create.

I also wanted to add my support for all of you guys here. I am an avid stalker of this thread, but dont post much as i know that NO words can make better this horrific injustice that you have all gone through. Its is not just 36,000 people affected, it is all the families separated, and children growing up minus a parent because of paperwork screw-ups and incompetant people.

I also want to say the BIGGEST congratulations to everyone approved, and it looks like things are really speeding up, and I so hope it continues this way. NONE of the Oct/Nov filers (bar Raj who apparently wants to speak on our behalf but is actually a Jan filer) want to step on the toes of any of you here. We all want you approved before us and KNOW that is is completely unfair when people who have only been waiting 2 or 3 months get approved before those of you here.

To Mrs T. You are right, I have no idea what it feels like to wait 6-7-8 months, but the fact that you would wish that upon someone who is in the same situation as you - seperated from their loved ones - is spiteful. I truly hope that I never have to wait that long, and while I have nowhere near the level of outrage all of you have, if there is anything I personally can do to raise awareness of this issue, dont hesitate to let me know. USCIS must be held accountable for this mess.

So, please, can we end this pseudo-feud, and let VJ go back to being a place of support for EVERYONE here.

Sort of off topic, but I sit on my computer in the evening and look at all the pics of my kids. It feels like it is a world away now. We were such a normal family. This is where my family is living in Albania and our home in Michigan (in foreclosure). It breaks my heart. Sometimes I feel like I just can't breath anymore. I wish I could go into a voluntary coma and sleep this part of my life off.

Dude, I hear ya loud and clear! I've placed 2 service requests which yielded 2 bullsh@* incoherent letters telling me absolutely nothing. I've placed an expedite which has, as far as I can tell, been an exercise in futility. I emailed the TSC once, received the standard-issue Legend of Garza reply about 2 weeks ago, and again, bubkiss. I haven't emailed anyone else yet, as I've just hit the 6-month mark. I think I'll do so in a couple of weeks.
