The % of the 36,000 may be a bit higher since some of those on your spreadsheet are probably approved but not reporting. As I recall, most of the sample was July anyway, and most of the previous approvals were August up until now. So maybe it's mostly July that's left.

Definitely looks like a lot of July filers got approved this week. 9 July filers, 3 August, and 1 September.

You may be better off overall since CSC seems to ship to NVC in under 10 days while TSC takes 40 or so.

And another August filer has gotten transferred back to CSC. Hmm...

True the percent of the 36k might be different.

Looking at the bottom of my spreadsheet, 27/66 July filers have gotten approved (41%) whereas only 16/62 August filers have gotten approved (26%). So, I'd have to say otherwise to what you said. There's definitely been more July approvals than August.

Hi,

My NOA2 date was on a Tuesday, the following Monday I called an operator. No case number. I called the following day (one week from NOA2) I was able to get the case number from an operator.

All I did was call an operator, and when you get connected to one, the first thing they ask is for either a CIS receipt number or a NVC case number. So I gave my CIS receipt number and then they said my case was just inputted in the system and I asked for the NVC case number.

If you want to speak to an operator, call 603-334-0700, press 2, then 1 for English, and then 5 for an operator. Then plan to wait for about 20-30 minutes.

This would be true percentage wise if the 36,000 half July and half August files ... but who knows

Hey I think that's a good thing! At least you got something out of a USCIS rep today. All I got was "call back in 2 months" aka when my petition is at 9 months! And then an "Expedite" when I complained.

I was really hoping they're tell me I was approved.
