Just found out I was touched yesterday. Even though I'm subscribed to get an email notification, I didn't.

So I have no idea if this touch means we've been sent back to CSC or if they are approving us? I need that email notice to find out exactly what is happening to our case right?

Not every touch gets a notice with it. I believe only the significant ones, like transfers or approvals, or RFE's would get an email/text sent out AND that is NOT always the case as we have seen on this site...just like not every approval will show touches prior to the date of approval.

I too got a touch yesterday along with a few others. We just have to sit tight until further notice I guess. *shrugs*

Hi Dan and congrags for finally getting your case sent to NVC I called this morning about mine and was told again I must wait the full 90 days to see if it reaches the NVC. I asked what happens then and was told to just call when the 90 days are up. Am very happy for you and your family hope they will be with you real soon. 78 days and still counting

I'm not there yet! I have a semi-good feeling about this one though. The Blue Dot finally changed from Initial Review to Post Decision Activity. You will be getting yours today or tomorrow. Hang in there. Looks like TSC is finally rolling.

Yep, I received a text stating that my case had been updated, I received an email stating that my case was transferred to California Service Center on February 7, and I had a touch on the website with the contents of that email as my status.

for seconds, mind is going if TSC stop sending approvals. after all of us have a hope 2 be approved....blush.gif

I got an email from Officer Garza saying that my application "It shows to be in transit to the unit where it will be reviewed." No official form text or email.

What's ur NOA1 date Sharma?

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. They did truly lose my file, but my lawyer had the entire file copied and it was faxed to them yesterday. They assured the senator's office a decision by the end of the week, so today is perfec.t My NOA1 date was July 6th

Wow, 7 new pages since last night!

Congrats to b.i.g, girl from saudi (our first of two September filers!), and rachelsharma!! kicking.gif

I want today the same thing that happened last night: a big ton of approvals to keep me busy updating the spreadsheet!

Fermat, you asked the approval rate in %. Just checked the spreadsheet, there's been 44 approvals out of 135 transferred. So, about 33%. But of course, this only reflects those approved/transferred from this thread. I don't have the % for all 36,000 cases :P

Wohah - a lot less than I estimated then. I went for 44%.

I suppose this thread can be taken as a fair snapshot of the big picture, so, TSC/CSC still have their work cut out. The transfers BACK to CSC I notice seem to be totally random.

Just looked at the dates of NOA1s that received an approval this week:

July 2

July 6

July 9

July 17

July 17/August 18 (K3)

July 21

July 21

July 21

July 26

August 11

August 14

August 21

September 6

Definitely looks like a lot of July filers got approved this week. 9 July filers, 3 August, and 1 September.

Although there's only been 6 transferred back to CSC, here's the NOA1 dates so far:

July 16

July 19/August 5 (K3)

August 3

August 5

August 24

August 31

2 July filers and 4 August. Perhaps they're sending back August filers and approving the July filers?
