The good news is that there is no mention of TSC being closed today due to the weather. A couple of field offices in Nashville and Oklahoma have delayed opening, but I think TSC is good to go.

Did people get a message saying the NVC has their cases?

Don't wait for NVC to send you your case number. CALL THEM. Different department within the U.S. Govt., BUT, still staffed by bureaucrats!!

I would also suggest having a copy of the USCIS admittance of error when calling, as NVC claim to know nothing about it.

ok I hope to see my approval tonight or at least an answer from anybody. I got a touch yesterday but like others say does not mean too much when you see the Initial Review dot on you case update.... I dont even want to check my email today until tonight so I dont put my hopes up and then nothing...

I'm afraid that prompt in TSC books means 3 months window (time took them to realize they can not do what they suppose to do)

Actually I called NVC this morning and told her I got approved on the 7th and how happy I was calling her and not USCIS after being stuck at the TSC. She giggled and said I'm sure you are, well congrats....although I don't see a case number yet call back bc it could take up to 10-15 days. So they are definitely aware, she didn't play the stupid card.

Just got the followin email from Officer Garza:

"Thank you for your inquiry. This case is not lost. It shows to be in transit to the unit where it will be reviewed. If any additional information is needed, you will be notified."

Funny, I did not get a transfer notice to CSC. Maybe I will later today.
