WOW i have 357 unread messages on my email from postings on visajourney from the last 2 or so hours! haha

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

04/08/11: NVC robot says they are "Awaiting my Biographic Data" which I assume means they reviewed my I-864

04/11/11: NVC is saying I am missing info, that I did not send in all my documents.

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

05.12.11: OMG SIF!

Same here, only 1 or 2 a day. Which is fine.... I couldn't imagine getting one for everytime someone posted LOL

HaHa..........I get a notice for each new post. It makes it easier for me to pick up where i left off.

USCIS – 171 days
08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE
03.26.2011: Received RFE checklist via email (asking for PCCs from China and Taiwan)

Congratulation on all yesterday approvals :dance: :dance: :dance: , there are plenty of them. Let's just hope that tomorrow will follow more approvals. Hope that CSC transfer will help us all, the ones left at TSC and the others transferred at CSC.

And Saylin, great job, you have worked few extra ours yesterday.

I want to sleep, but i keep hoping somehow a mistake was made, and my file is there with them. I faxed a copy of the original file this afternoon.. but i dont think they got to it or even were there when it came because of the weather. who knows. i am really happy for all of you, it gives me hope that they will try to fix this problem and i am looking forward to seeing how fast everyone makes it to and through nvc.. please keep all of us updated!

wow it is freakin unbelievable of stupid assss uscis offices.. feels like bunch of messed up teenagers are playin with our one of the most important turns in life, hope they find it.. and it does scare the rest of us
