It's sad for anyone to be getting delayed in this process outside of the time that is estimated to us. However, over here in this thread we have June and July filers (possibly a late May filer, I'm unsure) who have not been approved or JUST got approved tonight. I have not yet been approved myself (Mid July filer) and to be honest I thinks it's sad for any of us summer filers to be delayed any further over October and November cases who are still within the time range given.

Overall, I don't wish any stress or headache on the next, I wish this process could be smooth sailing for us all, as we are missing our spouses and children and just the life that we want to live.

agreed. the crucial one year after marriage is lost for most of the people. this really sucks and top of that delays like this should really be a major concern. Isn't it funny that a H1B VISA holder can get his wife in two weeks using a dependent visa? whereas a spouse of a US Citizen and the US Citizen has to go through such PAIN.

it's not about hate!! It's about people that DO NOT know how it feels to wait 6-7-8 months (even if they say that thay do care)and DO NOT realize that they only got lucky because we got screwed!!!

I got Oct. filers tell me that "I feel bad for you guys, it sucks but I got lucky,I aproved in 2 or 3 months and I am not going to feel guilty about it" And I also got sugestions from them (as if we haven't done everythhing) like you should call and take it on uscis!

Well, they call me "the bitter one" because I have posted a few things :D (like;I hope that uscis puts thigs in order, rectifies the mess, and I hope we will get through NVC faster or before Oct./Nov.that needs to wait the time before the NVC) and they all got pissed off.

I guess they will come to us for help later on "help, we got stuck outside processing time, Dec./Jan. are getting NOA2 before us....what to do?" LOOOL

Sorry, but when someone says "I hate"...to me that is hate. Nobody can say ####### about anyone else on here until they take a walk in that persons shoes. By the way...some people wait years! I wish I had the power to know what everyone else feels.

New thread just posted: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/294829-impacts-of-tsc-to-csc-transfers-in-octnovdec-applicants/ I'm sure this will be interesting once more people reply..

Yes, I guess it will be interesting , but still...come on....they are like 3 or 4 months from NOA1, not even CLOSE to the 5 month timeline and they are already panicking?! You know why though...?? :) because they do realise that our fiasco is over, uscis has actually to use that time to correct their mistakes, and maybe makeup for the loss and (pray to GOD for all of us!)send us to NVC faster and therefor they will have to stay in line and will not get processed in 2 or 3 months like they saw in the past.

We already saw Sep. filers flying by to have to see Oct./Nov. it's plain ridiculous!!!!!

Now that I have the OFFICIAL notice from USCIS, I sent an email to the US Ambassador in Bangkok. She has followed me on Twitter and we have exchanged messages via Facebook. She is probably not aware of the ALERT that USCIS posted yesterday so I provided a link for her. I have asked her if she could have the head of the Visa unit personally take care of my wifes processing once her package arrives. (fingers crossed) I also asked her if she could possibly make an appearance at the Visa Unit when my wife is there for her interview to meet them. That would really make my wife feel good and give my wife an idea of what I have been doing to get her and my son home!!

Wasn't taking the hate personaly and I'm aware of when I filed. As far as my case...maybe I'm just an easy going person, but it is what it is and in all honesty, I'm expecting it to take months. If someone that filed yesterday, got approved tomorrow, then congrats to them! I'm certainly not going to hold it against them for striking gold in the USCIS time warp.

I sincererly hope and will even say a prayer for ya'll that are stuck in the black hole that your cases are approved a.s.a.p. sooner if I could. God speed and goodnight.

Thanks Rachel, he is awesome!! He looks like his older brother (23 now). Yup, old man here, lol. His other brother (20) can't wait for him to get home.
