Friends, USCIS case update for me at 8pm today:

On February 7, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION

Grats!

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

me too but no emails or anything yet... when is your filing date.. it seems all from mexico got touches but no emails...

well it was july 1st but last time we tlked to USCIS they sais it was the 8th... even though clearlly the hard copy says 1st... o well as long as they give me my approval now and i go back to my husband where i belong!

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

11/23/2010 - updated (post decision activity)

02/09/2011 - notification moved from TSC (back to initial review :o )

02/10/2011 - confirmation TSC back to CSC!

02/16/2011 - APROVED!!!!!

NVC journey:

02/25/2011 - we're IN :)) case # Emailed DS 3032. Paid AOS Fee.

03/01/2011 - DS 3032 approved (confirmation by email)

03/02/2011 - AOS shows paied -> AOS packet mailed out

03/04/2011 - AOS received

03/07/2011 - IV generated & paid

03/09/2011 - IV paid! mailed out->

03/14/2011 - IV received

03/31/2011 - Case complete @ NVC!!!

Hey Rosa, did you talk to your lawyer about skipping NVC? I wonder how fast all these approvals are going to be shipped to NVC. I can't imagine CIS finishing all these transfer nightmares and leaving them collecting more dust than they already have. Gary what did your informant say?

Hey well I got home late today so when i called her she was in court with a customer.. i left a message for her to get back to me soon. Ill keep you guys posted for sure though...

I want to sleep, but i keep hoping somehow a mistake was made, and my file is there with them. I faxed a copy of the original file this afternoon.. but i dont think they got to it or even were there when it came because of the weather. who knows. i am really happy for all of you, it gives me hope that they will try to fix this problem and i am looking forward to seeing how fast everyone makes it to and through nvc.. please keep all of us updated!

I have hope that there is some mix up in your case and good news will come to you very soon. I'll be praying for you though. We have all been in this together. Thank God for this site!

fate of Oct/Nov filers due to TSC to CSC transfers? Isn't it sad if these Oct and Nov applicants get delayed further?

It's sad for anyone to be getting delayed in this process outside of the time that is estimated to us. However, over here in this thread we have June and July filers (possibly a late May filer, I'm unsure) who have not been approved or JUST got approved tonight. I have not yet been approved myself (Mid July filer) and to be honest I thinks it's sad for any of us summer filers to be delayed any further over October and November cases who are still within the time range given.

Overall, I don't wish any stress or headache on the next, I wish this process could be smooth sailing for us all, as we are missing our spouses and children and just the life that we want to live.
