Don’t apologize! Your cases were consolidated into what we call and A-file today so that they would proceed together, so they should be with an officer tomorrow. I will update you by Friday, if not sooner.

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Well she explained to me that for I-130 peteiton for Immidiete relatives would not have to go threw NVC anymore. She said there is no need to get NVC involved alomost like direct counceling. That this new procces has just been up and going for about a little more then one month and its to help ppl like "us" more then anything be togther with our families. She said that if it works the way they intend to it should take less then a month to get an interview. Instead of getting NVC involved and spend weeks in mailing papers back and forth and then NVC sending it to councel we fax and scan and send to the councel. She said shes updated with this new proccedure and we will go that way!

Well.... may be they have started brainstorming at USCIS

Do you think they maybe hired a bunch of new people in CSC? Actually, maybe they'll hire a couple of "USCIS students" for an internship. Like "if you can deal with this situation, you'll be all set for the future". And they just let the angry visa applicants talk to them and blame it on the interns if their plan (TSC to CSC) doesn't work out... Man, what a joke...

They are not closed. I checked. I dont think they can close now. The heat is on them. The director was there until all hours. Maybe there are doing double shifts, who knows. Lets pray

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!
