I'm very slightly worried they are putting so much effort into approvals, that the already approved may get forgotten about. Remember, only four cases have made it to the NVC from TSC, and poor DanTes and Eguzi have no idea where their approvals are.

I'd LOVE to know what the unforseen circumstances were....

I just tlked to my lawyer n she said that they just started a new program for immediate relatives where we dont have to go threw NVC anymore! We can file straight with the council which is a million times faster! she said if i got my approval by the 18th i could be home nxt month or early April! Im so freakin excited!

I wonder if those of us that were originally CSC will be sent to TSC.....I just don't have a good feeling about any of this

Maybe not. Haven't they just decided to transfer back to CSC part of those sent to TSC?

My dear, I hope they don't ever transfer December filers like you to TSC, the feeling is terrible. Really.

Goooooooood evening my VJ fam! WOW a lot's happened today, took me quite a while to read through the posts.

I cannot believe the USCIS announcement. This opens the door to so many questions.

I'm concerned that a bunch of us are going to get hit with RFEs or that the 5-month "clock" is going to get reset once again. I'm also concerned about being provided with more false hope and empty promises.

However, as always, I'm not giving up hope :)

The next few days should be quite interesting...

Evening Saleem. This announcement has detracted from the fact that promises made yesterday have not been kept, hopes that were raised yesterday have been dashed again, plus we haven't seen one true approval this week.

Hey Gary, I completely agree- I was, and still am, so very excited for those who were expecting to hear something today.

Hence my concern regarding broken promises and false hope. This stuff is really toying with my friends' (all you guys') emotions.

Do you really want ME posting on YOUR blog?

OK folks, many of you have read my blog, I know, I see the stats of what sites are directing traffic to it. I am surprised that MANY more of you have NOT commented with your OWN story. Why?

Can you get your attorney to provide a source for this? Something we can touch and feel?

I just looked on the USCIS website, and I haven't found any announcement as such. Perhaps I'm not looking thoroughly enough.

Anyone else have any luck verifying this?
