LMAO!! rofl.gif

Of course, not being a party pooper, but only four cases have made it from TSC to NVC at this stage, so we have not QUITE survived TSC yet! I hope the transfer time decreases, it's around 39 days at present....though I have to say, it seems a slightly less stressful wait.

Who knows, I may get the employees to buy some T- Shirts too!! rofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gif

Just speculation, but I imagine that they are still going to try to meet that February 18th deadline for those they promised it to (particularly July filers), but EVERYONE theoretically should be getting some kind of notice by March 1. I also hope that they don't start going crazy with RFE's... but I think it's in their best interest to just approve as many as they can as quickly as they can to get our petitions off their desks and to get us off their backs.

In some way, this announcement does make me feel a little better though. Now they have given us a firm deadline that they have to be held accountable for.

I think for people who have received e-mail from TSC for Feb 18th will have their cases stay at TSC and prob. TSC is looking to finish all the cases they have (after transferring back to CSC :bonk:) before Feb 18th. CSC will prob. use until March 1st to take action.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

What's betting the top brass have been in meetings all day?

THAT is why no one has responded.

MY BIG hope here, is that NVC will expedite us all straight to consulate. Hell, I'm printing this off the website now as evidence. We can all SO use this information to our advantage.

I also note, they have pushed the date back to March 1st.

I ALSO note, it says nothing about shortening the delay in getting our cases up to NVC.

WHAT A MONUMENTAL EXERCISE IN INCOMPETENCE. We should take nothing less than a full expedite straight to consulate.

Oh and - what were the "unforseen circumstances?

I agree, they definitely should push us straight through NVC and to the interview with first priority. Hell, they should waive the rest of our fees!

When you are at 7 months and a week , let me know if you are still so optimistic :(

I know many of you have been waiting so much longer, which is why I haven't been banging down doors demanding answers. I know that people like you and others who have more serious situations should get more priority, so I've kept my harassment of USCIS to a minimum. But trust me, I'm not that optimistic either. I am just trying to hang on to any hope that I can, because when I don't, I seriously cannot even do anything with myself. I even started thinking today that I can barely do my job anymore, and maybe I should just quit. Obviously, I can't do that, but that's where my mind goes when I start feeling hopeless.

Yaap same here i also always wanted a public announcement. not getting a approval + no information was not an ideal situation. At least now we all know what is going on and what to expect.

For those who got approval from TSC i think at least now you guys should write to I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov and indicate that USCIS has agreed that cases have not been processed and are beyond our estimated processing times then once that are approved should be Shipped to NVC ASAP because they messed up :bonk:

If "USCIS error" is also one of the criteria for NVC and consulate expedite than this announcement is our proof of "USCIC error".

I'm very slightly worried they are putting so much effort into approvals, that the already approved may get forgotten about. Remember, only four cases have made it to the NVC from TSC, and poor DanTes and Eguzi have no idea where their approvals are.

I'd LOVE to know what the unforseen circumstances were....

I just want them to correct their "original" screw-up with my application. I know for a fact (from the Ombudsman) that my application was NEVER sent to NVC... he told me that someone entered the incorrect code in the computer. I'm sure my application is sitting in a corner somewhere collecting dust because the "think" they have another 180 days to reveiw it. I've had an SR and expedite submitted in regards to this NOA.... and still.... they haven't even updated it in the computer (online).... there is no hope for these people (or my case).

Post Decision Activity

On November 29, 2010, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Yaap same here i also always wanted a public announcement. not getting a approval + no information was not an ideal situation. At least now we all know what is going on and what to expect.
