I like the hands on, more sympathetic approach of TSC, but I hope they can deliver on the promises. From experience in office work, people can get even more annoyed when target dates are given and not adhered to. I hope they DO deliver and aren't setting themselves up for a fall.

All I can say is, they must be REAL confident in getting these petitions done for February 18th, or they wouldn't be putting it all in writing. It's good to hear, I hope they deliver.

Also, it does seem like they are finally prioritizing by filing date. From what I can tell, all the people who have gotten the "February 18th" email are July filers. I emailed TSC last Thursday and haven't even gotten an automated reply (it's only been a few business days though). I do hope that they can get through all of the July filers by February 18th and then set a solid deadline for August filers as well, hopefully by the beginning of March.

On that note, I can't believe I initially thought my husband might be living here by March/April.

I got around reading all the posts since the weekend and I read some really really positive posts!

CONGRATS WADE!! Finally!! I am so happy for you although I am still sad for the time it took to finally approve your case.

I see from the replies everyone got that most of us if not all of us will get some adjudication by February 18. So when we get approved everyhting will be like OK. So what about this torture we all went through? We just brush it off? That is what USCIS would want us to do anyways. Shouldn't we stil sue or something? People get approved in 3-4 months as we wait to get approved in 6-7-8 months! When my time comes around and I get approved believe me folks I will not be that happy.

just my 2 cents

We haven't sent out one email to anyone. I think I'll just wait it out. I keep reminding myself that we just hit the 6 month mark (still a dreadful wait). If by the end of the month I see nothing, then I'll get hubby to send out some emails. I also hope they are prioritizing by filing date, it would only be fair.

I hope that everyone who has gotten a Feb 18thin deadline gets their approvals by then! I agree that they must be confident in this deadline to be sending it out in writing. They must be under serious pressure in that office. I just can't wait to see approval comments spread across this thread! Then we can all join the NVC gang and have some new complaints! lol. well hopefully not too many.

Can you guys imagine the day we receive our interview dates???

Where's Tinker Bell with her approval dust?? Heck, I'll do it myself....*sprinkles approval dust across the thread*

I'm feeling hopeful today and very positive. I can feel approvals by Friday for some of us. I hope I'm right!

LMAO!! rofl.gif

Of course, not being a party pooper, but only four cases have made it from TSC to NVC at this stage, so we have not QUITE survived TSC yet! I hope the transfer time decreases, it's around 39 days at present....though I have to say, it seems a slightly less stressful wait.

Who knows, I may get the employees to buy some T- Shirts too!! rofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gif
