So on page 301 of the thread!! I wish TSC doesn't make this goto 400 pages!

On second thoughts about the text that was recieved stating that all the petitions will be processed in next 2 or 2-4 weeks! It does give hope, but I'm doubtful on that. Reason being, USCIS have kept us so mis-informed that we don't know what to believe & what not to!? Take for example : Some of u were asked to wait for 60-90 days, but were approved soon, people who have been expedited are still waiting, everytime someone calls NCSC they tell some junk & make us get off the call! So who knows this is just one of their tricks, so that we can get off their back for sometime!

But I do wish, for once USCIS was truthful in what they said & keep up with their words! May GOD help all of us!

I was told a month ago by a Tier 2 that our petition was with an officer...............and each call after that it has been a different story.

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, I've heard it all. And having an expedite approval going on 90 days................

Not wanting to sound cynical, but, we have had every placation in the book. The latest mail received could be no different. Also, there's one thing getting the I-130's processed, it's another thing getting them to NVC. I think 3 or 4 have made it since November.

I'll believe it when it happens.

So, is it safe to assume that, since TSC have lost two or three days due to weather this week, that they will be working today and tomorrow?

Or is that a pipe dream? blush.gif

(I see the weather forecast for Mesquite is OK today).

Hi:)

I understand what you feel and what you're going through:( and i'm hoping that you'll get yours by monday:)

As of know i just want to be positive with all what i've gone through with this immigration process, what am saying is not only with I-130 coz i had an ongoing immigrant petition and because of retrogression it became impossible.

In fairness to USCIS all their response to me were consistent but of course 7 months of waiting is not a joke at all :angry::devil:

Hoping for our approval by next week, i mean ALL of us.

If you're on Facebook, I would appreciate if some of you would make a comment on my post (Wade Grant) here: http://www.facebook.com/usembassybkk

Somebody has to listen. Even if the Embassy cannot do anything directly, they can make some inquiries, if they have a heart.

Thanks

Thanks!! I appreciate it big time.

I have "Tweeted" the Ambassador on a few occasions and got a reply. I just sent her a lengthy message via her personal Facebook page as well. If I can get just one person in the government to light a fire under USCIS, it will be worth all the late nights online fire off emails, Tweets, etc...........
