I guess they are testing us. They wait 6 months to tell us they don't agree with our wedding, like if we had to have their approval to get married. Last year they approved a fiancé visa, today they don't approve a spouse visa, :bonk:

But, well we've got to provide them with documents they already have. The bad thing is that my hubby is so furious that he doesn't want to send anything and here I am praying for him to put his mind in its place and fedex the docs asap.

They lost your documents and are asking for replacements.

Has anyone heard the word "HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISION" ?

They will help us but we have to prove that living with spouce is a human need and USCIS is violating that thing.

Has the USA signed up for the Human Rights treaty? I know it's big in Europe, but I though I read somewhere where the USA had not signed up? I may be wrong.

I really don't know how you are holding your anger on this. I can only imagine the pain and frustration you're going through. I swear this IS a test - all of it.

got email from local congressman offices who is working on my case.

"Just wanted to update you. The Texas Service Center is still closed due to weather conditions."

Okay I'm in Chicago and we had the worst snow and most of the office are open here (FRIDAY). I don't know whats going on in Texas.

I want my F*****G money back and get this done free of charge.

Ok its not about the money but time.

To put this perspective and the level of customer service we are getting. lets say if I ordered a product or service and did meet the expectation or caused delay anything that caused me to be inconvenient. I think the company would offer me a sorry and great compensation and take care of the situation within no time. This is opposite! They know we are stuck and we want our family member in states. I guess we have to wait and respect the processing time because they are in control.

This is complete disaster.

NO WAY! Then why was someone approved. I will seriously have a stroke from this. Does anyone care? I talked to a million people that were rude, nasty, and did not care about a thing i said today. They just tried to pass me off. This is the nice government. Dont bother calling DHS or USAG.

My Husband anger is enough for 2, one of us gotta keep cool. Anger is negative energy and loss of strengh. I'vve been to very bad days due to health problems, can't afford being furious, I'm in a "whatevers" mood. TSC is behaving like if they all suffer from autism, their world is not ours, but at the time being ours depend upon theirs

Well, I would certainly expect them to catch the weather lost days up on the weekend - but will they? I doubt it. Yes, this is a paid for service, so someone is accountable.
