Hello everyone!! I tryied to stay away from this madness but I am just curious to see if there's any news...anybody aproved since I was online last :) We have no NOA2, no news what so ever yet, I am passed pissed off, frustrated, mad, crazy...... my hubby is already going nuts and already lost his cool over the phone with them :( got the same reply "still in review" even though we still are in "post decision activity". He got an infopass and he actually got to talk to an officer and ... got the same reply ...still under review...

Now....Should I upset all of you guys by saying that I just saw a couple of Oct. fillers that one said it's "aproved"(NOA1 oct.14) and another one claims to be aproved but @ the same time is in "post decision activity" (obviously has no clue LOL) ...?!?? I am NOT going to tell that to my hubby because he will loose the last 0.1% santity left

Called USCIS again.. I am a Aug Filer who got transferred to TSC.

Same response, they can't even put in a Service Request even though all of them agree my case is out of normal processing time.

How many folks have called and they were actually able to submit a Service Request?

I have been calling for 3 weeks now and every time same response. Even after I sent to Tier 2 where an IO says that your case is beyond normal processing time but the system will not let them submit even a service request. Getting very frustrating as I approach the 6 month mark.

I contacted my Congressman over 2 weeks ago and that isn't going anywhere either.

Anyone have any additional ideas? I am all ears. At this point I would be happy someone acknowledging my case is beyond normal processing time and start looking into it. They can take their sweet time but at least officially start looking into it.

Call them but don't stop @ the first pers. that is more like a secretary... INSIST to talk to the supervisor (that's actually an officer)it helps if you write down their name for the next time that you'll call and say I spoke to so & so and he/she put down a request/expedite..... whatever, more over go online and get an info pass (if you are the petitioner)make an appointment, Good luck!

Dont even bother with a service request. I did mine a month ago and got a letter in the mail telling me that they are doing additional review and if I havent heard anything in 9-12 months, then to give them a call. Service request does nothing other than frustrate you, and if you take their words seriously (like I did), it will make your day horrible.

211 days and counting, service request, USCIS ombudsman, congresswoman, all have done nothing for me so far. I think a month beyond their 180 days is definitely in breach of the US code that was discovered, but they will just fight it and say that the 180 days started from the day of transfer to Texas and that our time did in fact start over.

Yeah....same here, about the SR... got the same answer! "furstrating" you say...?!?! That's beyond frustrating!! My husband was soooo excited after the SR timeline, that "he felt" like we'll get a nice surprise in the mail, he drove back home so fast that day that I was praying the whole day not to have an accident. He was so upset that night

No, it was hilarious

A bit of humor:

A conversation between Mom and Me:

Mom: How are you?

Me: I do not know, ask Texas

Mom: Texas?

Me: Yes, the people who control my mood

Mom: Um, well, I am going to the supermarket, do you want anything?

Me: Sure. Pick up my husband in aisle 2, and his Greencard in aisle 4

Mom: What did you say? You want bandaids and greenbeans?

Me: The connection must not be good. I dont need anything.

This is what happened to me this morning.

Not so funny, but funny enough to stop me from being in hysteria.

What's up, fellow TSC hostages/refugees..

I have changed my mantra for tonight..I am not waiting for an approval. Yap, I'm not. I'd be happy to see anyone of you have your NOA2, more so for Sgt. Wade, for the sake of his child.

I got tired. Maybe if I don't expect, it will come. Who knows?

I've put in two service requests. Don't worry, you're not missing anything. As I found out today, my first Service Request resulted in an update of "initial background check", or lovingly referred to as Blue Dot number 2.

My lawyer admitted today that there may be a "problem" in Texas, and I say that is the first step to recovery!

Thanks for sharing!

Did your lawyer have any suggestions as to what can possibly be done if he discovers that there truly is a problem in Texas?

Have you engaged your attorney about taking this further? Has your attorney taken a look at this thread?

I am afraid my lawyer is being paid mostly for the I-601 waiver I need to process.

At first when I mentioned this forum she said she didn't care for forums because they tend to lead to mass hysteria but I think she's coming around. She's from one of the best immigration law firms in Detroit and I can't afford to pay her for "extras". She didn't anticipate this (Texas) happening. This is actually my 2nd I-130 for my husband. Too bad I let the first one expire.... :bonk:

WOW, everyone is passing the buck, not willing to take any initiative at all.

My post to the US Embassy Facebook Page:

Wade Grant > US Embassy Bangkok

Need desperate help, wife Thai citizen, son US citizen. 20 month old son in hospital at Surin with 2nd bout of pneumonia. USCIS approved expedite for wife's I-130 over 80 days ago due to sons health, only getting worse. http://tinyurl.com/69vptco

US Embassy Bangkok

Hi Wade: We must refer you to USCIS regarding your wife's I-130. Regarding your son, if you need assistance please contact American Citizen Services at 02-205-4049. For more information, please see our website http://bangkok.usemb...v/service.html.

Wade Grant

Absolutely no one is looking at the tragedy of this situation. USCIS is not responding to me as well as 1,000's of others who have had their cases transferred from CSC to TSC. NO ONE CARES!! With all do respect, if you have a heart, you'd take some initiative rather than pass the buck like everyone else.

Tomorrow I will start fighting. I have already been fighting. I called DHS today and got nowhere. I re-emailed the ombudsmen, TSC, spoke with the senator's office, mailed every newspaper, emailed hillary twice, sent a few to oprah and barack. I want answers. I spoke with tier 2 at USCIS, they put in a request about the expedite from Dec 17 not being taken forward. Lets see what happens tonight. I think they update approvals mostly late these days, and RFE and transfers during the day, but its no specific system. I am upset, I am ready to join any class action suit that may come about. I am ready to do whatever it takes. My son cut his first tooth today...my husband will not be here to see it. I pray for all of us.
