Going to CSC in Laguna Niguel tomorrow.

California Guy, want to go with me?

Already called work, told them I'd be out for the day, may end up getting arrested for trespassing.

Anyone else game?

I would if I was close. I am so close to TSC but there is nothing I can do.. they wont give me an interview or anything.. sometimes I wonder if going to the immigration court here in dallas will be better... jaja

You may be onto something with that 'Policy' I googled it and came up with this document: http://www.ailf.org/lac/chdocs/Yakubova-amended-complaint.pdf

Seems to be a class-action suit against DHS and USCIS for not processing in time.

Here is one section that caught my eye:

Plaintiffs challenge the custom and practice of Defendants CHERTOFF,

GONZALEZ, and GANTNER (hereinafter “USCIS Defendants”) and Defendant

GONZALES of failing to grant or deny proposed class members’ naturalization

applications (1) within 120 days after the date of their initial examinations in violation of

8 C.F.R. § 335.3 and 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b) and (2) within a reasonable time in violation of

5 U.S.C. § 555(b).

I don't have an appointment, just a lot of documentation NOA1, I-797C for transfer to TSC stating "to speed up the process", letter from TSC stating approval for expedite, printout of the US Code that ThomasJones was so kind to find for us and printouts form here as well as other forums where other filers have been approved, especially the NOV filers at TSC.

Oh, and I am serious about possibly getting arrested, I will not be violent but WILL INSIST that I be seen right then and there, worse they can do is get me for trespassing. I'll be logged in Twitter on my Droid as well......................

Don't ** with a pissed off Marine!!!

Here is another document of people who sued USCIS for their delay.

http://www.ailf.org/lac/chdocs/Alsamman-4th-Amended-Complaint.pdf

They Also reference the 'sense of Congress' 180 days policy. Evidently it was FBI background checks that was the bottleneck.

I am rooting for you.. that is actually very brave. The good thing seriously talking about being arrested is that you can actually request to see an immigration judge and kind of appeal your case to him and with all the eveidence you have..you might have a shot that they will pull your file from TSC.

I heard a friend that she refiled and had to pay the fee again but she is on her way to approval.. not sure if it is solid true but hey... we gotta do whatever...

How does she know she is on her way? How could anybody dealing with the USCIS possibly know anything beyond what their receipt number and NOA1 date is?
