how did it work for you when you are still not approved? We need to do something more than just e-mailing or calling but thanks I will e-mail him since I neved got a reply from them. We need to form a big group to protest!

I am working some of my contacts overseas right now. Networking has to pay off.

"My Mom's I-130 got approved today! I just received a text and email. It only took 2 months!"

11/3/2010 : I-130 mailed to Chicago Lockbox

11/5/2010 : Packet received at Lockbox

11/9/2010 : Acceptance email and text message received & case transfered to Vermont Service Center

11/13/2010: NOA1 received

01/04/2011: I-130 Approved ! 57 days...

Whatttttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS UNFAIR!!!

^^oh thats crazy how that guy got approved from Pakistan..good for him!

I contacted my congressman the person is working on my case is having hard time getting in touch with TSC. She left a message and will get back to me when she hears anything.

Ridiculous.

Get on twitter, create an FB account, contact EVERYONE you know, call elected officials, fire off email to govt officials, RAISE SOME HELL!!!

That is what i am doing. I'll piss off god and everybody if I have to, we've been SCREWED!!

There is only number to call 800-375-5283 and they are like trained robots repeats same info over and over reading from the screen.

I was thinking of making an appointment and go see a uscis office in Chicago.

That's true, but in November, there was still hope. Now every day that passes is another day that we've been waiting and getting passed over. Every single day is worse than the day before.

08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE
03.26.2011: Received RFE checklist via email (asking for PCCs from China and Taiwan)

I do not wont to disappoint you but my wife made 2 infopass and nothing serious from them.She will go on 15 also but she is 15 minutes away. But my prediction is that we will be approved until then. :thumbs: I trust God on this.
