Thanks for the info and kind words. I just woke up, 0600 PST, and feel like a freight train ran me over.

Been trying to call my wife for updates but cannot get through. I have to send her more money via Western Union today for the hospital/Dr's fee's. This is all out of pocket even though I have full coverage with Tri-Care, but I can still file after I get all my sons medical records and then get them translated in Bangkok. It may almost cheaper to pay out of pocket since it cost the equivalent of $25 per page for translation...............yeah, what a cluster **!!

Last night I lost Internet connectivity while "tweeting" to god and everybody; thankfully the Internet was back when I got up. What else can go wrong!!!

When my head clears up, need coffee, it will be time to raise hell. I am going to email, fax, call, etc all day.

Rightly said Fermat! But, we do need to know where we stand when compared to people who file after/before us. Now I understand what April/May filers had to go through!! They also experienced the same delay in their NOA2's!

I am so pissed at this f****** broken immiration system. We are treated poorly than a dog. We are called U. S citizen and we have all the right. What a f***** lie? I am wondering if this is a racial discrimation? How can one treat others so badly? I have realized that over 90% of foreign us citizen gets married to someone that is from outside the united states (may be I am wrong), there are only few born americans that gets married outsde the USA. That might be the reason why TSC ###### up our lives. I understand one who is born here might be the victim too. So what? Do you remember the philosophical opionin "greater good" in school. We are 2nd grade citizen, that the reason why we are tossed out.NO rules and regulation. Approve whoever they like and tossed out the rest. I am trying to be patient, but enough is enough. The whole purpose of the imigration is to reduce the influx of immigrants. They are doing it by harassing and discouraging us by sending us to TSC. Late filers are getting approved in CSC and where are we? we are like a pendulum. Treated worse than a dog. When dog is treated badly, people get punished. What about us? We have been suffering for last 7 months. Where are the human rights? I do not have a problem waiting for my turn. I understand I am not the only one waiting. But there should be guidelines. I understand you're mad. But don't take it personal. I'm a USC and my husband comes from a Western European nation that is a friend of the US. I know for example Val and Gary who are two white (sorry for bringing race into it) 1st world citizens. The UK being a good friend of the US. I'm sorry you feel that way but it's not a race thing. It's clearly an incompetent government thing. It's not you it's them.

Well, what I can make out from the few who have been posting on that Forum is that most of them have been assigned an Interview Date in Feb/March. So they are waiting for the BIG DAY!!

Thanks a lot! The difference between them and us is that they got an NVC case number within a week after an approved CIS petition. Which worries me.

Are the humans working today at USCIS Customer Service Center? I tried calling about 10 mins ago, and seems they have changed the menu. It says call back between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.???? The robot told me to allow 180 days from transfer date. That will be May 2nd for me.
