08/09/10- NOA1 date

11/02/10- transferred from CSC to TSC

11/24/10- transferred to "local USCIS office"

02/15/11- NOA2 date

NVC

03/01/11- NVC case # assigned

03/05/11- IIN assigned and AOS/IV bills generated and paid

03/10/11- I-864/DS-230 packages received by NVC

03/24/11- case complete, forwarded to Albania

xx/xx/11- interview in Tirana (denied visa), waiver submitted

I-601 Hardship Waiver

xx/xx/11- waiver sent to Vienna for processing

xx/xx/11- visa issued (please please please)

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

hey guy good morning i'm having the best morning ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

today is my wife b-day and i was so sad that i couldn't travel too see her because of work!!

so i stayed up talking with her till like about 11pm eastern then i started to act as if i was sleepy and want to go to sleep so we said our goodnites and hung up!!!!!!!

my plan was to stay up till 1am eastern which would be 12am eastern in el salvador to call her and surprise her by waking her up and sayin happy b-day!!!!!!

which i did do and she was so happy i love her so much!!!!!!

but the real surprise came in at 11:30 pm eastern wehe i got a text saying that we got our i-130 approve!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this made it even more of a surprise that i told her happy b-day and we got approved!!!!!!!!

with all the excitment I hope there will be many more approval today for everybody!!!!!!!!!!

07/15/2010 - Priority Date and Received Date

07/23/2010 - Notice Date

08/01/2010 - Created online Acct.

10/28/2010 - Text and E-mail received that petition has been transfered to TSC

11/05/2010 - Received NOA 1 by snail mail(Transfer Notice) petition transfered to TSC

11/29/2010 - Received text and e-mail petiton was transfered to a uscis office no snail received

01/31/2011 - Received text and e-mail that petition was approved

02/10/2011 - Approved petition has been shiped to NVC

02/14/2011 - Received NOA 2 (hard copy) by snail mail

NVC journey:

02/14/2011 - Received NVC case number and gave e-mails

02/16/2011 - Received IIN,beneficiary id, choice of agent and aos bill by email from NVC

02/17/2011 - Sent DS-3032 by e-mail and paid AOS fee

02/24/2011 - Received email that DS-3032 was accepted

02/25/2011 - Received email bill for visa appliction. payed it the same day

02/28/2011 - Completed I-864 forms

03/01/2011 - Mailed completed I-864

03/04/2011 - Completed and mailed DS-230

03/04/2011 - NVC received AOS

03/07/2011 - NVC received DS-230

03/18/2011 - Received RFE

03/25/2011 - Mailed out missing information

04/07/2011 - CC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello my friends. I haven't been able to be here in two days. We actually had a winter storm and lost power here in TX.. we we super cold with only a fireplace. It has been pretty bad in TX.. 15 degrees with wind chills of -3 as right now.. they close most of schools and govt offices today and tomorrow... so I am so behind on news... anybody got approve monday, tuesday??? certainly not me YET!

I checked it out and answered my own question. They are closed today because of the weather. We wont hear anything tonight. :( Ready to scream!

I am not certain, but I am almost positive because TSC is in Mckinney and Mckkiney is one of the cities that got a like 3-6 "of snow and ice but because temps are so low they closed most of the cities, all the schools and colleges and govt offices. It was crazy.. ice stayed on ground as right now... not melting .. I am 99.99 % sure they were closed today. I live about 30 min to the south from MCkinney and everything of govt offices were closed.
