congrats to those that were approved yesterday!!! I feel mine coming real soon! Ill be joining you at NVC shortly ;)

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Don't panic :star: mine said the same thing up until today! What is your NOA1 date?

If you log on uscis site you'll see next to your case # some steps : acceptance - initial review - decision - post decision activity

Your case will follow the same steps :thumbs: good luck!

My NOA1 date is July 1st.... and yes but my case says its in "initial review" , its not even on "post decision activity yet".

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

Post decision activity generally means approval or denial. TSC hasn't done any of these I-130 cases for a long time. I suspect people are selecting the wrong boilerplate for the email notices being generated.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

Yeah, that confused me too. I'm honestly a little nervous until I receive something explicitly stating we are approved. I guess I will keep waiting...hopefully will get something via snail mail next week.

Does anyone know what the normal post-approval email would look like? Those emails definitely sound like the petition has either been approved or denied (more likely approved). Can't wait to hear about someone officially being approved at TSC. Hope this isn't premature, but congratulations!

USCIS – 171 days
08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE

Is anyone who did not get the message from TSC? Just nothing happen on USCIS web site as usual in our case. Hope to get at least a mail to let us now something about our petition. :)

I got this same exact email, My case had not been "touched" since my NOA1 in July. "Initial Review" though hope it doesnt mean its gonna be a little longer wait. The good thing is that we are finally seeing activity from TSC. I dont want to get too excited yet.

Since we did not fill for e-mail notification when we have sent the petition this is probably the reason. But we have made an account to web site and ask for email notification. Still nothing :D. We will wait the notification by mail. I'm shore that notice will follow. Same was with TSC transfer. :thumbs:

I also got the same email and i am a July filer............maybe they cam on our forum and saw how frustrated we all were......haha. :lol:
