welcome to the club  Who else will be joining the 7 month club soon or have already joined it?

7 months tomorrow.

By the way, I have a particularly aggressive U.S. Representative's Aid who called the TSC Congressional Liason Office on my behalf. She was able to discover that my petition is now in front of an officer, and to expect a decision within 2 weeks. This U.S. Representative's Aid also informed me that their office has received several calls from TSC I-130 petitioners. In every case she has been able to get the TSC to take the petition "off the shelf" (her words) and have it immediately placed in front of an officer for adjudication.

Keep caling your representatives and senators.

I contacted my congressman (IL) the person who deals with immigrations she told me we are well aware of the situation CSC to TSC and they are backed up (really). Since it was transferred on NOV 3rd she said case may or may not be assigned to a officer over 36000? applicants.

However she will look into my case and see what is happening. I was also told by her if I contacted another Senator or office let them know that another office is looking into this matter because that might delay the investigation.

im on my 8th months now...done everything...but to no avail...still no NOA2....this whole process is BS...

WTFFF??? That is BS! 8 months? Sorry for being like this, but this is getting out of hand.

Sorry again folks, came from night shift, haven't gotten sleep, and so excited to log on here, only to be dissapointed with what is going on.

I feel for you, my friend, 'the journey". I wish I am at TSC giving your NOA2, to make this journey worthwhile.

And Wade Grant, I want you to know that I am sincerely praying for your child. It may not mean much to others, but I felt a trust in my chest knowing your child is sick. This makes me mad!

Sen. Mark Kirk's office replied to me. She told me that my case was assigned to an officer, but that was weeks ago. I still email her and she still calls them, but I don't think it leads anywhere.
