I'm convinced that there's is something we can do to at least avoid this mess to happen in the future. There were several mistakes commited by USCIS, they know it, they also know that we may be afraid of taking any action as it may cause more waiting (like dictators rule their countries = under fear) But we are talking about US government, the land of free, the land of intelligent people, where 36000 cases should never be put on hold due to a stupid decision and non accurate processing system (non sense answers, random approvals)

I'm convinced that at TSC they are doing everything to keep us waiting without making noises by telling us whatever comes to their mind. Of course they read our threats, but there's nothing talking about serious actions which can put them in bad positions. Some of you have contacted your local media, but then, it's JUST some of you, YOUR OWN local media. Why shouldn't you pick a specific media and do a common action, all together? I really think we should set up something al together.

Please advice

I have contacted my local media. they are bringing the story to the producers and will let me know if they will run with it. i had them research this site to show that its not only my problem, but so many others involved. if they will delay my case because of this, i will not keep quiet. enough is enough. i waited silently and patiently long enough, now is the time to take action. there is no way that we are just at their mercy. our lives are in their hands and they are not doing anything to fix the many mistakes that have been made. lets see what will happen today. best of luck to everyone my thoughts and prayers are with you

Somehow my hands are tight up, as my hubby is USC and I'm in France, he works hard and doesn't have much time to deal with this mess, well actually he's been avoiding to go mad with all this. If I was there I would make so much noise about this that either they would lock me in a sanatorium, or they would move their as** We are always happy to see one of us being approved, but F*** that's normal, we paid for it and we keep on paying for it, we are giving them, or should I say they are taking the best time of our lives, we are all young married couples apart due to USCIS "legal immigration system"

We shouldn't have to pray to get the petitions approved, or dent to NVC, that's the point we have to highlight to medias.

They can process business visas lickety split, but when it comes to families, well let me just say we are not a priority. The best government money can buy.

That's not what they say about families, mostly USC wifes and children. In their writen words we have the priority over all the categories, as there's no waiting lines for us, but in their actions, we are at the buttom of their lists. considered as cattle in a truck. Sometimes I really feel like I'm in refugee camp, where sometimes one of us is saved, adopted, by a family :crying::crying:

Son is back in hospital with breathing complications, I am teetering on the edge.

Just sent another e-mail to Congressman's aide and CC'd my contact at local paper as well.

Good morning Tony,

Have you been able to find out what is going on with my wife's I-130 which was approved for expedite over 80 days ago? My wife had to take our son to the hospital again last evening due to breathing problems, his bronchitis is not improving.

I am at a loss for words in regards to this whole fiasco, the health of my son is not getting any better and our approval for an expedite has been literally ignored by all. Does anyone care?

What does it take to get anyone's attention in this matter, especially when the health of a 20 month old child is at stake. What's the real purpose of getting an expedite? To appease and give us a false sense of belief that it is actually being expedited. It's like, expedite approved, move to the ignore stack.................

I am so ANGRY, I have done all that i can to keep my cool but have no idea how much longer I can do that.
