You have some very odd principles...you are paying them again for screwing you over? Hey USCIS, thanks for making me wait 2 months longer than the 5 month processing time and about 4 months longer than CSC filers...heres another $355! How does that show USCIS anything? You are paying them for their mistakes, doesnt sound like any principle to me. Who is the one teaching who a lesson? It doesnt make sense in my opinion, but good luck with that. The only time it would make sense is if you decided to do DCF instead of going through the process stateside.

I dont understand why you are thinking of refiling...is it really worth it to wait another 3 months and pay another $355??

One tends to think of so many thoughts and seek other avenues in this very depressing situation. It's an option we're thinking, but i hope it doesn't get to that point. Hopefully the approvals will come any day soon.

I understand ezzie, I have been waiting for almost 7 months...I just dont see any purpose in doing something that will delay your case even further.

I think it's playing with fire. I'm conscient that something should be done, we are customers, they commited a mistake. Still, I think only lawyers could give them a lesson, we are John Doe, they treat us as such.

Just thoughts!!!

You are actually very right. Let's hope and pray harder. The elusive NOA2 plus the transfer to NVC will hopefully not take longer than keeping our sanity intact.

Yeah. The problem is, after the relief of the NOA2, we then go onto another frustrating wait, with what appears to be no set period. I swear this is some form of torture! headbonk.gif It's a never ending road of brick walls and obstacles.

Hi all . I've been following this thread for a friend of mine who is a July filer that was transferred to TSC. I was checking timelines and noticed that Nab updated hers, with NOA2 for I129f received 1/30/11. It's not updated on the spreadsheet, so I just wanted to let everyone know and also say congrats to Nab. I hope this means more good news is coming for everyone else!
