Well its 12:30 and i don't see any approval :angry:

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

Someone from another immigration forum with a filing date of October 8th was approved today. I am sorry but this really ticks me off. July 6th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is there no order?

Feel for you guys. I expected at least a dozen approvals this week, and tonight especially. Very saddened indeed. This is like hell on earth, life is on hold I know.

It's truly difficult to keep spirits up, but we must do that. It's like a war of attrition. PLEASE keep the faith guys.

Got an email from TSC.............wanted to confirm my receipt number.

Off to meeting with client now, hopefully some good news later in the day??

The email I received earlier today was from Denice Mitchell. It was a response to my follow up email to her on Thursday which I CC'd Congressman Rohrabacher's aide. I had left the last digit off of the receipt number in my my original email that I sent to Barbara Valarde Monday morning which I forwarded to Denice Mitchell Tuesday and followed up on yesterday. Damn, does that confuse you?

We'll have to wait and see what happens now. At least I know that a manager at TSC is personally looking into my situation.

I am mentally and physically exhausted with this whole ordeal.

Oh, I also got an email from a writer for the local paper tonight, going to answer it now. Regardless of what happens, I want to make damn sure that this whole fiasco is made known to the general public.
