So the spreadsheet keeper has been bored tonight with no approvals, so I decided to add some color to the spreadsheet. Put those that have gotten NOA2s in a light pink (to match my hair laughing.gif ) and those with an NVC case number in purple (for when I had purple highlights laughing.gif ) and those that have gotten an RFE in blue (for when I had blue highlights laughing.gif).

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

make sure you're doing everything you can, from making an infopass appointment to calling military help line if you are eligible to do that.

contact media, contact the ombudsman, report employee misconduct

even click on the whitehouse.gov link and send a letter under the immmigration subject, make waves wherever you can

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

07/02/2010: I-130 mailed out

07/12/2010: I-130 received at USCIS

07/16/2010: NOA1

07/23/2010: NOA1 snail mail received in mailbox

Touches: 07/23, 07/26, 11/28, 11/29

11/2/2010: Case moved from CSC to TSC(Wife got snail mail!. No touches since 7/26. No Text/Email updates)

02/10/2011: NOA2(Thank You GOD!!)(209 days from NOA1)

02/16/2011: Petition shipped to NVC

02/16/2011: NOA2 hard copy received in mail

NVC

02/25/2011: NVC received the I-130 package, Receipt# scanned

02/25/2011: NVC Case# and IIN receipt, provided both email ids

02/25/2011: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

03/01/2011: DS-3032 COA accepted by NVC

03/03/2011: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

03/04/2011: Case shipped from NVC to US Embassy Madras for further processing.

03/10/2011: Case reached Madras US Counsulate

03/15/2011: Interview scheduled for 04/18/2011

07/21/2010 - NOA1

02/07/2011 - NOA2 approved! 201 days since NOA1!!!

02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

04/22/2011 - (ds230 & Aos)Checklist sent to nvc

05/04/2011 - Sign In Failed!!! :)

05/05/2011 - Case Complete! :)

05/16/2011 - Interview Scheduled!

06/09/2011 - Interview date "APPROVED"

MEDICAL:

03/21/2011 - first day

03/22/2011 - medical result: IMMUNIZATION! =) thank god.

POE:

06/17/2011 - Received VISA

06/21/2011 - poe to SF :)yay!

06/21/2013 - 2year green card expiration date!

03/20/2013 - Mailed I-751 overnight express

07/19/2013 - Received RFE

08/19/2013 - RFE Received by CSC

looks like what i originally thought (entered into system correct way, oldest first but then worked the petitions wrong way, newest first) but only looks like one person workload :blink:

I just jumped back on after a day of forcing myself away from the computer. Everyday gets more and more difficult. I cant believe that its 1040 CST and still nothing.

Lets pray that tonight brings someone some peace in their life, and lets pray that its all of us too!
