Hello my fellow petitioners:

I see lots of frustration and anger here and believe me I was even worse. I was one of the lucky one that received a NOA2 from TSC and I want to share my story with you. I was also transferred from CSC to TSC. I did everything right I could and at one time I got to a point where I felt helpless. So I decided to turn to God for help which I am glad I did. I wet my eyes in fort of him almost everyday (I have no shame admitting it) and HE decided to open up the Heaven’s door for me. If there is one thing that God CAN’T & WILL NOT ignore, that is tears, so ask for HIS help wholeheartedly. HE CAN & HE WILL HELP YOU. Once HE is on your side, who can work against you? So please don’t give up your hope and keep praying, you will see his magic.

If you all think I am not being serious, please listen to the whole story. I have bee praying for many week and Sunday in my prayer group, the Pastor talked about how God can bring something from the bottom of the pile to top of the pile. I sincerely felt he was talking to me. On Monday morning (few hours after I received message), I received a call from my Congressman office and he informed me that they were able to dig my file out and successfully assigned to an immigration officer for review. After couple of days I received an e-mail stating that my petition is approved. No, I don’t think it was a coincident. I believe God used my Congressman to get the help I needed.

I just wanted to share my story and never meant to offend or hurt anyone in this blog.

Remember, Nothing is impossible to GOD.

I will remember each and everyone of in my prayer.

Sooo (steering to another topic) has everyone gathered their necessary documents for NVC? I'm going to see my husband for a few days week after next and I have to get his military record. Plus he has to search for his vaccination record- to scare him I told him that if he doesn't find it he's going to have to get ALL the shots ALL over again hehehe...

i had mine ready back in July, had it mostly together as soon as i mailed packet in June... been updating it every month like a fool

I hear ya - my vaccination records appear to have been destroyed by the UK NHS. Gotta have my shots again...ughh...

mine is old and tattered from like 6 months old to 6yo and i've always kept with my birth certificate and my son's is also kept with BC and a copy is kept in my purse in case of accident or emergency so was weird to me when my husband said he didnt have a shot record i was like "how can you not have a shot record?!" eeek! he thinks he had polio shot and pretty sure he has had chicken pox cause he remembers the itching and bumps. tried to get him to get his vaccines ahead of time so he could just walk in and hand the shot record to them but no, not him, mr 'wait to last minute to do everything'

actually he doesnt even do that... he gets up 15 minutes before he has to be somewhere and then gets ready and leaves AFTER he should have already been there....

in some things we are sooooo opposite 'mrs type A'... i fit quite comfortably into military life of "hurry up and wait'... i like to expect the best and prepare for the worst

thanks Val and Gary... i sent a couple things to our congressman's office today because they didnt seem very informed previously... i was a little out of sorts dealing that day and didnt want to rub anyone wrong way while i was ticked off so didnt try to educate them but was in better mood today so thought i'd take a shot at it.

i pop in around the clock cause approvals seem to come at all hours, i think there was even one on a sunday wasnt there?

Ok everybody.. I know we are different time zones.. but do approvals come on eastern time or central? I really hope to see many approvals tonight? when was the last time we got like more than 5 approvals in a day? I am really hoping for mine today, but I dont want to be discouraged so I am just gonna feel hopeful but happy for those who get it!!

Read the first couple of pages from this thread. How naive and innocent we once were.

I went to my congresswoman's office yesterday and her immigration rep was on lunch! Anyway she said she would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's Friday and since our lovely US congress barely works 50% of the time I hope she'll get back to me on Monday. She's supposed to be one of the best in the business.

Sometimes I wish the thumbs up smiley was a middle finger smiley. I'd put insert it every time I wrote the word TSC
