Hard to wait and relax when you have been approved for an Expedite 80 days ago due a sick child. If my sons Bronchitis and allergies worsen due to these delays, well, just saying..........

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Alright if you really want to know

I was the first to get my letter to

Barbara in Washington and than to

Denice and I asked if they could

process Val & Gary and others in

that order. Just like it happened.

It happened just like that it why

they were approved just like that

also. They to have emergencies just

like I do and they do to so that why !

I got a choice of who i asked so

you dont have to belive that either.

Now does that make you feel any better??

So now all that have been processed are approved

and you that werent will be some day soon.

Now you know what happened.

:thumbs::whistle::innocent:

Ok so are you saying you had their petition numbers and all other info to tell to those people so they are approved faster? Sorry but total BS! no0pb.giflaughing.gif Or are you saying they came here to this thread, READ it and then approved? Just looking at nicknames??? hahaha that is even a bigger BS rofl.gif

This is like one of those mystery movies where you think you know who the killer is, but at the end they flash back to show what really happened and how it was all masterfully planned by the victem's best friend.

I cant say if everybody had a sure shoe incase for all that happen

But one thing you all didnt count on is this.

Who was my sister working where.

So maybe you can all piece the puzzle together

alone now.

I've got something else in mind you could also do single-handedly.

bwahahahahaha

If TSC currently has time to surf the web, and make our approvals into some sort of personal vendetta, not only is the very notion insane but this organization is in a lot worse shape than any of us suspected.

Well it's good thing it's in black and white proof now ...... :ranting: class action suit anyone?

Hey there is the answer to our question. Apparently, Ron decides the order of who is processed. Ron also got things moving at TSC single-handedly. Thanks Ron!

quite impressive. he should apply for head of USCIS, it could benefit USCIS processing times and feed his god-ego

---------------------

now for our video amusement .... i think i love you, USCIS style

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vj-8dYFV1q0

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

The blue dot is stuck on Initial Review.

Let me ask you guys. I am traveling to India next month for 3 weeks visiting family. Is this going to effect my I-130? Still waiting for approval.

are you beneficiary or petitionary

Sorry to tell you, 80% of the people here have been there, done that. It doesn't mean much.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. I asked her twice... "are you sure we were approved and not someone just fat-fingering the keyboard?" and both times she said.... "no sir, you were approved." Supposedly she put in an SR to have the approval letter sent again. But, I agree with you... I don't think it was ever approved or sent to the State Department... but at least now I have an SR number that I can poke them in the eye with LOL. I will give them a week or so and then send some emails.

Thanks again to all of you for you assistance, advice, info, etc.... I read the forums several times a day (for the last 3 months), I just don't post much.

Have a great day, all.

Erick

Top of the morning Erick! In all likelihood, your application had never left the Texas Service Center. Therefore the State Department had never received it. Therefore the State Department had never sent it to a USCIS office.

You can find this info on this thread- happy reading and welcome to THE WAITING ROOM
