I hope that the prediction is right too.. but, everything for us then depends on the trip thru the NVC maze. And that has to come quickly.. as Mrs. Jones is already into her 2nd Tri-Mester. And further delays will complicate things very quickly.

Good morning y VJ friends.

I took a couple of days off from VJ cause I needed to work on being more positive. I was so upset even when I saw Saylin (?) get approved. Nothing personal and I am grateful Saylin is keeping records and dates and all of that. I was just so upset that TSC is working backwards because we early July filers with early priority days still waiting. I just needed to stop hearing about approvals for a little bit. I hope you understand me and don't hold it against me.

I have been waiting to see something from USCIS but at this point I am letting go of any desperation. I already did what I had to do, but believe me I do think that if we keep calling, we could be harming ourselves. You know these are people that are very aware they have our lives in their hands, but also they are people that work for the govt. Gov is equal to bureaucracy. When we think of bureaucracy we think of people not doing their jobs. Certainly sometimes it is true, but the truth is bureaucracy mean long procedures and regulations.

I remember my sister in law married a citizen back in 1991 and the process to get a green card was about 3 years. Now, that they separated agencies after 911, the process is faster... unfortunately, I found that TSC did not handle I130s before and they were not ready for this change. They had to train people to do the job.

Ok.. I am trying to convince myself that they are human and they need time to go through all of us when they had no training. I am trying to think more positive and that God knows the perfect timing for each one of us. Like me, yea I am very upset at USCIS but I did all I could. I tried, I emailed all these people and still nothing happens, so my job now is to sit down, relax and wait.

For those who have families far away from you.. boy If I understand you. Believe me! but let us make the best memories right now, that means your love is unbreakable if you have been able to handle it as right now.. let us not loose it and lets keep hugging each other through this post... we certainly need it to vent and to scream our frustrations.

Lets wait for approvals.... today or the next or the next or in a month!!!

Dont listen to his prediction about reverse order...there is no order! With 36000 cases, do you expect there to be any sort of order? Look, a guy from July 1st just got approved...if there was any order, he would have been last just like me. It is all luck, win the lottery boys and girls!

Where is Gary.. did he abandon us now he has an approval?????? he used to be here supporting us!!! GARY!!!!!! where are you??????

I was just posting as I saw this!! No...not abandoning at all - just a little busy!

Hey, just to cheer you up - Saylin was not transferred with us - he was approved from CSC, so don't worry about them working backwards. Analyse the spreadsheet, and you'll see that they are approving in batches. The first batch mid to late August, then the batch around us - late July, and now they seem to be moving onto mid to early July. Who knows, maybe it's just random but I am sure it's happening for all of us!! kicking.gifkicking.gif

Why did you change your filing location to TSC in your timeline? It says in the timline "original filing location". I think we should stick it to CSC. After all, they had our petitions for some months before transferring. It's anyhow more accurate, if you're sent to CSC you're at risk for being transferred with huge delays, that should be reflected in the timelines.

I was just posting as I saw this!! No...not abandoning at all - just a little busy!

Hi Ron, thank you for the information.

May I ask where you are getting your info from?

Thanks

Hello

Research and what Denice told me because i asked her why I

was being processed before June and July people since i was

a early August 4th NOA-1 filer. she said it just happened

that way. But long as your all starting to get approvoed is

the key to it all.

Im over on the New NVC threat i started on the new approvals

and some of the shotcut's to take to get past NVC faster. if

you have an attorney it better as you dont need to have a agent

as he act as your agent for you. Also about creating your own

bart codes for the processing and paying the AOS bills faster

and on Teusday when they uop date the system. Just little things

to save a day or two here or there. or even weeks

But it's 2 to 4 to 6 average time there if you dont have more

deep background checks done on you but NVC has upo to 1 year to

process your NVC case. They cant decline you also, but they can

take much time and do much research on your background since it's

the state department doing it.

1) We get our approval from TSC, they send the papers go to NVC

are inputted into computer after about 7 to 14 days they show up

NVC has case numbers for your case.

2) Attorney receives DS-3-32 Choice of Agent

or if you donmt have a agent you a sign one

3) A fee is generated and my attorney sends that to NVC, for the I-864

4) Receipt NVC will send out the I-864 which attorney completes and

returns with the necessary paperwork of support form Petitioner

5) NVC then sends a bill for the IV to attorney as he my agent received

6) Then sends DS-230 to us for completion and return.

MY ATTORNEY ALREADY HAS MINE READY TO FILE

After AOS bills are paid the NVC setup interview date and send out packets

Embassy receives doc's and your scheduled for interview in near future.

could take form 2 to 5 month for evereything depends on your Embassy back

log of processing times.

Alright if you really want to know

I was the first to get my letter to

Barbara in Washington and than to

Denice and I asked if they could

process Val & Gary and others in

that order. Just like it happened.

It happened just like that it why

they were approved just like that

also. They to have emergencies just

like I do and they do to so that why !

I got a choice of who i asked so

you dont have to belive that either.

Now does that make you feel any better??

So now all that have been processed are approved

and you that werent will be some day soon.

Now you know what happened.

Hey there is the answer to our question. Apparently, Ron decides the order of who is processed. Ron also got things moving at TSC single-handedly. Thanks Ron!

Hey there Ron

If you really are the one that got us approved and all the calling and e-mailing we've been doing and senator contacting did not really help ohmy.gif.... can you do us a HUGE favor and get us through to the NVC so we can then have a case number....that would totally rock!!! Can you please do this for us because we seem totally helpless and we actually thought we 'may' have had something to do with the approval ourselves...but HEY...who knows.....maybe you are the GOD of approvals!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOwow.gif
