Have any July filers gotten this email?...

Not even one email since we start the process, the transfer to TSC was mail. Just wait to see what is happening taking in consideration that is short week because of Thanksgiving. Good luck to all :)

Nothing here. But we did get an email in response to a service expedite, so we know that our petition is in Texas. Our NOA1 date is 23rd July.

I got the same email this morning as well, no clue what it is about.

I said this on another thread as well today: Right before our file was approved we got a message saying our file was being transferred to a USCIS office.

I think this means excellent news is coming your way soon.

Looks like they forgot or neglect June and July filers, I have neither got any email like this nor any touch after transferred to TSC on 11/01/10.

I don't know guys, I started to be nasty. USCIS said me yesterday they are unable to make service request before thanks giving holidays.

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

As July 23rd filers, we were told by a tier 2 person that the transfer to TSC HAD slowed things down initially, but in the long run will speed up things.

Maybe we are all expecting them to work miracles there - I think the impatience felt by all of us who filed in July is no doubt due to the unusual transfer from CSC to TSC.

i passed impatient long ago... :crying: <--- that's the best emoticon i could find since there is no stake through the heart emoticon. so depressed while waiting and getting tortured by the in-laws in our marriage; it's Soooo difficult to not hate them.... my grandmother taught me better, but i dont believe she ever met people like this.

As July 23rd filers, we were told by a tier 2 person that the transfer to TSC HAD slowed things down initially, but in the long run will speed up things.

i was very frustrated when i saw the 'receipt date' for july had changed on i-797 after the transfer... add'l time or not, i just want to see the NOA2

so depressed we're not even having thanksgiving, just going to stay busy.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
