Just hope that TSC trainers together with new manpower will go ahead with our files, and don't start the process from the beginning to teach the alphabet again for the new manpower.

agreed on the transfer....I dont believe they really thought that one out much.

I understand they are understaffed. So how are some people are getting green light who filed aug/sept. Not that there is anything wrong with its great people getting approved.

We never should have been transferred...EVER! When you have a 5 month processing time, and a person is at 4 months already, why would you transfer them? It just is not logical. Ive said it all along... late Sept/ Oct filers should have been transferred, not June/July filers. It makes no sense, but it is what it is.

So, 30 days are over since our SR was made and nothing. We recieved an e-mail from officer Carol this morning after 2 weeks that said " your case is pending service consideration". What the hell is that mean? that they are thinking about working on our case???? hmmm also, my husband called USCIS 2day and the lady said they sent us a letter on Jan. 4, 2010 and we have not recieved anything! On the other hand, at least we have a response from them and our Senator called my husband and said she agreed to help us, lets see if that does anything for us. The USCIS rep also told my hubby that TSC had untill March 4th to approve us or not! Well lets just hope we recieve something before then.

jamesandrosa, my congresswoman's aide said all I could do is wait. I think basically that is all we can do at this point...I got my congresswoman involved, mailed USCIS ombudsman, put in a service request, emailed TSC, and nothing. This is truly based on luck whenever you get approved.

Also, the letter in response to my service request said nothing other than if I hadnt heard anything in 9-12 MONTHS, give them a call and they can look into my case. That letter gave me a lot of hope

Hello

I explained to everybody stop coggling up the system with e mails TO ANY PLACE

Supervisor at TSC Denice told me tell you all to sit tight they will

get to you ASAP. Have some pateinces WOULD YA WOOW..

If you dont they just going to look on here and make all you that are

making waves just sit longer and make you suffer more i guess.

It's up to you they started processing and give them some time to do

it they cant do everybody in 1 or 10 days ..they started now given time

to do it and stop complaining or you just might not get your wish to

be approved and they put your file to the bottom of the stack and make

you wait a few months longer

Take it from me I'm the one who write the letter to Barbara and did the

communication with USCIS to get this going. I'm passing on the best for you

all to do. If you dont listen to me what im telling you dont be surprised

if you find yourself not approved any time in the near future.

We all had a tough time waiting dont make your waiting time longer by making

it worse than what it is now. If you all dont want to listen than do what

you want but dont tell me I didnt tell you so. :bonk::bonk:

:thumbs::unsure::innocent::whistle::help: its your choice listen

or make your wait longer than it has been ! ! ! !

I don't make waves, I've been quite calm suffering on my own, nevertheIess I understand those that are reaching their limits. You are lucky, you're out of this extremely hard and unfair situation. We all paid for just an aswer, Yes or No, and all we have is being ignored by those that chashed our cheques and keep us far from the ones we chose to live our lifes. Not all of us have seen your note, so please try to understand them.

No bad feelings

First of all why are you talking to Denice and Barbara? Why do you need to? When you communicate with them aren't you clogging as well? You were able to get through to them and get a response and now you're telling us not to clog with e-mails. I'm sorry but even though what you're saying makes sense and it is true it is impossible for some of us just to sit and do nothing and take your word for it. I e-mailed got a response and now I'm waiting thats that. If anyone feels like sending an e-mail to TSC than go ahead. But I would suggest only one e-mail.

I dont care for your advice, especially when you are a total jerk about it. Why did you quote me anyways? I said that all we can do is wait...yes I did all of that in the past, but I haven't done anything since and I am sure I am not "clogging" their system. You spoke your mind once, no need to do it again. Good luck with your process.
