I just sent a follow up email to Ms. Mitchell at TSC and CC'd Tony Capitelli at Congressman Rohrbacher's office. They will either tell me "** off" which is basically what USCIS has already done to all of us or actually make something happen ASAP.

nab: denice.mitchell@dhs.gov

i sent to her and barbara other day ... the strain of this is wearing on us so badly, my nerves are so shot and he is really taking it from his family so bad that he is attacking me almost every night after they have their dinner attack on him ... it stinks so bad because we'll be getting along so well then it's like a complete 180 after dinner, i've gotten to the point where when he goes to dinner i odnt even want to reconnect with him

:crying:

i swear it seems like there's more of us ...

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

i'm gonna take a break till monday, i have so many dr appts the next couple days and things to take care of and need to run. this whole process sucks trying to stay in contact with a spouse that his family is constantly trying to break contact, trying to take care of medical probelms and not worry him to death, trying to get this visa ####### dealt with when there's really nothing i can do but busy work, trying to deal with massive issues at my home and in my life and feeling like i'm losing my mind!!

i hope when i come back lots of people have their approvals (me included)

hugs!

Then who made the decision to transfer our 4-5 months-old cases to TSC if they did not have the manpower to process them? Now we have to wait for TSC to train 1500 officers? I'm so tired of hearing of TSC blaming CSC for the transfer. Less you guys forget, this is all one organization. There is one USCIS, not CSC vs TSC. They cannot just now throw up their hands and say "It's not our fault".

I just watched the youtube interview with president Obama...and only 1 question was answered from immigration. Of course it was about illegal immigration and the DREAM act. They all want us to feel so bad for the people that were brought to the US illegally by their parents, while those who do things right don't get any sympathy.
