In 2007 when they have the massive fee increases they said it was to alleviate problems like these. They promise us that USCIS would be more efficient in justifying the massive fee increases. So why in 2011 we are having these problem were US Citizens have to be keeping their fingers cross, hoping and praying that they will get approved and this is happening way after normal processing time? This is really ridiculous. Somebody in USCIS should publicly apologize to everyone that is affected.

Just sent my letter to my Congressman Dan Lungren... He's chairman of some division of homeland security so... I hope he helps. It's nearing our 6th month mark of our NoA1.

Trust me unless he is higher than Barbara Valerda he wont do much

She works at HEADQUARTERS USCIS and it took my e mail

to get something done. NOT ONE SENATOR OR ONE CONGRESSMAN HAVE

I SEEN GET ANY BODY APPROVED FROM THEM DIRECTLY ! !

Barbara was the first to get me at TSC approved less than 48

hours from saturday until monday 4:00 NOBODY !

She is a higher officer at USCIS than he is a congressman

chairing the USCIS department.

I got heads rolling and got Monday to get and be the first one

to be approved because of her. He's not as high as her even if he

ON THE HOMELAND SECURITY Division over seeing USCIS. HE a congressman

she the Top directors of USCIS that over see OPERATIONS FOR

ALL USCIS OFFICES

Service Center Operations Presidents Supervisior(SCOPS)

Chief: Barbara Velarde

Deputy Chief: Robert Kruszka

Chief of Staff: Gregory A. Richardson

Phone: (202) 272-1505

Fax: (202) 272-1543

Address: 20 Massachusetts Ave, NW

2nd Floor

Washington, DC 20529

E-mail: Barbara.Velarde@dhs.gov

NOW she dont e mail anybody since Wednesday and put TSC director

of supervisiors Denice Mitchell in touch with and got all things

going. All of you that have not been approve, now you have to

wait they cant do every body approval over night.

Give a week or so and than contact. But im sure after talking to

Denice even she wont be taking calls any more or answering your

e mail unless she told you to. You will just have to wait your

turn. Sorry but the early bird get the worm.

everybody else give them time.

Also take in to account this, if you not disabled American Veteran

or 100% SS, and or military dont expect to be at the top of the list.

They have stop accepting expedite unless its and emergency because

so many people filed for them now they stop processing them unless

your dying

I know i have talked to her today and she not so eager to

approve 35000 over night.

Take my suggestion donnt piss them off they cant and control your

approval still so be careful waht you say here and do.

Good Luck to all.

Take interest, wait your turn they will get to you soon dont worry

I agree. This site is a wonderful resource and source of support, but it also facilitates us becoming obsessed – tracking approvals and emails from faceless people, looking for patterns where there most likely are none, and especially seeing people at CSC being approved in 2-3 months when we never should have left in the first place (or they at least shouldn't have transferred so many of us). Sometimes I just need to take a break from it all and just wait.

thats what drives me crazy ... i dont really keep track of approvals but do look for patterns, logic, which is stupid since we're dealing with govt, there is no logic

Call them and tell them your situation, they will know what to send you. All Congressman/Senators have an Immigration rep on their staff.

check website too, many have authorization forms on their websites in the citizen help area where the phone numbers are and they say we cant help till you give us consent

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I just sent a follow up email to Ms. Mitchell at TSC and CC'd Tony Capitelli at Congressman Rohrbacher's office. They will either tell me "** off" which is basically what USCIS has already done to all of us or actually make something happen ASAP.

Ron I sent email to Barbra but didn't get any reply from her, do you have email of TSC director

of supervisiors Denice Mitchell thanks for your help

Yeah she stopped taking e mail becasue she was getting hundreds per day

I guess she also not to happy i gave out her e mail.

It was suppose to be directly from Barbars Velarde to me only.

Now you can try contacting Denice who approved my case Monday. Today

when i talk to her she said i can't call any more i have to e mail and

she now screening e mail because everybody BOMBBARDED her after Monday

to e mail and she will walk me thru NVC to Intertview becasue Barbara

Velarde told her to.

Here is Denice mail but you probably wont get a reply from Denice unless she

already been in contact to you first. So you will have to just wait unitl

USCIS cntacts you. Sorry I cant help you.

denice.mitchell@dhs.gov

Give it a try but dont count on a reply as the same as barbara didnt reply also

both are being hit with hundreds of e mails each day so they stopped

taking calls or reply e mailings unless they directly told you to e mail, since

she is now screening all e mails. THey are not so happy with me also because

I posted it on here. But Denice has to do what Barbara told her to do it her direct

supervisior from USCIS Washington.

Good Luck all

:innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent:

Just hang in there they will get to you.
