i meant the barbara and denice emails. no response to my email.

oic :(

Just 1 approval last night?

yep :(

I suggest that you call the 800 customer service number and ask to speak to a Tier 2 and listen to the muzak that they play while you're on hold. For some reason when I hear that music I feel that USCIS is my friend, they want to help me, and I don't mind if it takes another month or two for approval.

getting my potato gun out

CONGRATS! we're gettting closer to the tail end dates!!

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I just wanted to let everyone know that i just got off the phone with the senator's office and they told me they had put "congressional interest" on the case adn received a reply from the service center saying they would have a decision within 2-3 days! This is the best news i have heard in months. If you are getting a politician involved, ask them about "congressional interest."

well i am planning my media interviews :P

with the mortgage crisis and the homeless problem, both which are very popular with media right now, soon my child and i will be coming under both those issues so i am now contacting media under THOSE issues and letting them know that due to medical and financial hardship issues we're looking at having to go live in a 3rd world terrorist country because our great country has let us down.

How's that for a headline? "fall in love with a foreigner, YOU could end up living in a 3rd world terrorist country because your country will abandon you in a black hole in Texas"

I am so stunned regarding the whole process. My priority date is July 05, 2010 and I have not heard anything regarding my case. When I called USCIS, I was told that my case is forwarded to officer for adjuntion. I emailed USCIS and barbara several times, and no response at all. I filed as soon as I could so that I could be with my wife soon. But wat a irony? I have no idea about what I should do for my case to get approved? I have no bad feelings for other who have been approved who has priority date later than me? But I feel really bad to be dumped and life spoiled by few number of people who has no concern at all for us. I am getting frustrated every single moments.

A rare event happened today where a July 8th filer was approved. As I wrote above, our group (late June / early July) has been in an especially deep hole. Why? I do not know. But, one of us has escaped. More will surely follow.

I-130 NOA1: July 2nd, 2010

I-130 NOA2: February 10th

This what I don't understand, TSC seems to be all over the place nothing is done in the order received. Your approval is coming very soon

Maybe it's officer competency and efficiency. Like for example Officer Garza (or the team working under Garza) are the A+ employees who never take sick days and give 100%. Officer Vara and his staff are the newly employed, lazy, don't give a ###### about us....the list can go on.

I HAVE LOST MY MIND TRYING TO JUSTIFY TSC!

Val and Gary I need a shirt that says "I lost it at TSC"

What else can I say... CONGRATS to those who had approvals. I dont even want to think about it anymore because I get so upset with TSC... I am so upset at this whole waiting game. I guess I am more upset because I know that my life depends on them and there is nothing I can do to change or make them approve my petition. I am useless and hopeless in this situation.

I really dont want to find myself so obsessed to get an answer from them because when I see other approvals, then disappointment comes. I am just not going to check no more. It will come when it comes. We can give all kinds of advice, but when you are on those shoes.. it is not easy to take... Peace out!

I will return to this forum when I have an approval meanwhile I do not want to keep hurting myself.... thanks for all your support...
