Greeting !

A fast reply

I was the first be approved from the e mailings,

I hope you all dont get to agressive to TSC now.

A suggestions, or do what you want.

Better everybdy BACK OFF let TSC get going.

Dont irritate them they know we are here and know you too

dont make it bad for yourself to keep e mailing them over and over.

Just wait for your time, pissed them off they maybe hold up your case for a longer time.

GOD blessed me and thanks to Barbara hopefully things will progress in time good for all after me.

They will approve you as they did me.

Have some patience and i would be talking nice

they are watching what you write here. Better tone

it down big time and maybe you will be blessed as I was

:innocent::innocent::innocent:

DONT BE PRESSURING THEM TO MUCH NOW !

Whoever decided to transfer all the July/August petitions to TSC should be rewarded. Lol…. In November, when they decided to transfer they could have transfer the petitions close to the moths of November (ex: Sep/Oct). That would have given TSC enough time to work on those petitions. Instead they choose to transfer the petitions close to the 5 month mark. Commonsense is disappearing from this world fast.

I am a July petitioners still no work from yet. One of my good friend his NOA 1 is September 23 and he received his NOA2 on December 30. That’s what called luck.

it never was Garza email = approval... i dont recall offhand who they were but from the beginning there have been some who rec'd the email and did not get approval so even though i got all excited and happy when we got ours i quickly came down to earth (probablly more quickly than others because of my husband's lack of reaction to it :( )

i'm sure there are many of us who are in that boat and prefer not to be reminded daily that we got the email without the approval.

i meant the barbara and denice emails. no response to my email.

I wouldn't expect a response from them unless you have an especially good story. Those that had responses from them had medical expedite or a disabled veteran. Garza replied yesterday to my email sent January 19th. For some others she replied in the same day. I think that she will reply to you eventually. I've been told from my Senator that my case was with an officer already. It could be that Garza gets those cases and assigns them to an officer and that officer works on that case immediately. But if your case is already assigned and sitting at the bottom of a pile on somebody's desk, maybe Garza can't help that situation.

Ouch! painful... another day of disappointment... Nice to see September filers approved..."nothing personal" just mad at the whole unfair system of our beloved America!!!! late July filers, august and now september approved and us early July... still buried at TSC!

Our group seems to be in a seriously bad situation. If you are late June or early July then nothing is happening. I just hope I am pleasantly surprised one of these nights.

Agreed. This attempt at expediting petitions seems to have gone awry.

I really can't complain much though, I haven't even hit my 6 months yet. And as we all know, the "5 month" thing is simply an average. -I say this of course with a leeeetle sarcasm.

Happy Thursday y'all!

I suggest that you call the 800 customer service number and ask to speak to a Tier 2 and listen to the muzak that they play while you're on hold. For some reason when I hear that music I feel that USCIS is my friend, they want to help me, and I don't mind if it takes another month or two for approval.
