Same here with the updates! Either an approval or RFE coming soon! I was updated on 11/10, 11/19, and 11/22 since being transferred to TSC on 11/3. Wonder if other IR-1 petitions that were xfrd to TSC are getting touches, OR has anyone been approved yet??

I was transfered to the TSC and I have never gotten a touch. My only 2 dates that ever appeared were my NOA1 date and xfer to TSC date. I hoping for you that they "touch" it as they complete the process and are getting ready to approve it. I don't know either way but Good Luck to All.

Nile_Romance, we are in the same boat! May I ask on what date you received your NOA-1?

I do not know if this is relevant or not, but just want to share.

http://www.stark.house.gov/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=599&Itemid=44

check details of reasons of delay..

it says transfering files from 1 service center to other will cause extra ordinarily delay.

This was refering to naturalization but I think it will be applicable to I 130 as well.

I hope we are not screwed up

This is not the same situation.

The site talks about transferring naturalization cases from one office to another. After initial processing, naturalization is handled at an applicant's local USCIS office. When a person moves while an application is pending, their file often has to be transferred to the local office closer to their new location. And, as noted, that movement of one individual file can cause delays, for a variety of reasons.

In the case of the CSC-TSC transfer, you are talking about multiple file transfers, all at once, with the transfer being generated by the service center (not the applicant), and the actual transfer moving between service centers (not local offices).

Y'all should be okay, and it should speed up the process compared to staying at CSC.

Today marks 4 months for me. Luckily I have a lot of free time on my hands to call people if I have to (I just hope I won't have to!)
