Keep checking the USCIS, your email, and your phones everyone! Still 4 more hours to go! I'll be standing by till 12 to add people's approvals on the spreadsheet!

I didn't send any emails. I wasn't transferred to TSC, I'm from CSC. I'm just the spreadsheet person for this thread :D

That's better then for the TSC guys, as your approval was independent of TSC. It shows the TSC approvals haven't been generated yet today. 4 more hours to go!

Saylin wasn't part of CSC-TSC tranfers, but was closely and diligently updating our spreadsheet for us. In fact it was only today I found out- only Gnasher was able to penetrate NVC from our group.

Hoping things will get better..especially tonight, more so for those who received the wonderful email from the Angel Officers...I didn't, but will be happy to hear of you guys approval.

07-24-2010: NOA1 with priority date of 7-18-2010

11-02-2010: Cases Transferred to Texas

11-24-2010: Both cases touched

01-17-2011: Got pissed off and wrote letter to Congressman Sarbanes

01-19-2011: Received response from Congressman telling us the case had been assigned to an officer and to wait 45-60 days.

01-27-2011: NOA2? FINALLY!!!

02-08-2011: Case sent to NVC

NVC

02-10-2011: NVC Case Numbers received

02-10-2011: Received email form Consulate in Managua stating that they would request our case from NVC so that we can do all the NVC paperwork with the Consulate and skip the NVC processing wait.

02-11-2011: Sent case numbers to US Consulate in Managua

Visited Yanzi in Shenzhen in June 2009, and visited Yanzi again in October 2009.

Married Yanzi in Shenzhen on 06-01-2010.

I visited with her and her family for 2 weeks on this trip.

I-130 Sent: 06-28-2010

NOA1 Received: 07-07-2010

Visited Yanzi in Hong Kong on Sept. 26 through Oct 3 2010.

Case "touched" on 08-27-2010 !!

Case "touched" again on 09-27-2010 !!

Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11-01-2010.

Case touched on 11-03-2010, I assume this is TSC receiving it.

Case touched on 11-30-2010. Case "is now being processed at a USCIS office"

Case touched on 12-01-2010.

Case touched on 12-02-2010.

Case touched on 12-03-2010.

Case touched on 12-06-2010.

12-29-2010-I Filed a Service Request with USCIS Today. Last week I asked a Senator and my Congressman's office to file an inquiry on my behalf.

1-14-2011 NOA2.

This was not reflected on their website until 1-19. i received email and text on 19Th also.

I'm more than happy on keeping this spreadsheet updated! I don't have a real job as I'm waiting to get to the USA, so I feel like keeping this spreadsheet up to date is my "job" and I'm doing my best with it! It doesn't even feel like work. It's always such a joy to add an approval date on it! Can't wait for the approvals tonight! :D
