I got the same response too. I am 5 months, two weeks and a day since my NOA1. I have read every page of this thread and have felt every emotion. I pray each of us get through soon. Congratulations to all on passing the NOA2 goal and please God give us the patience to deal with the mess that is USCIS.

Well, this is what I got:

Just got a call from my congressmans office, they were told that my case is now waiting for the 1-130 supervisor and that i should have an answer in less than 60 days. Has anyone heard anything similar or have any idea what this means? cause I dont. Is the supervisor the one who has the final decision on approvals?

I got a 45-60 day timeframe from my Congressman's office last week. They contacted TSC again today and got the same timeframe, but they've never said anything about a supervisor.

Yes, we had a knock back from Officer Vara a couple of times, then came the better one from Officer Garza. I think we sent around 5 TSC emails - 3 knock backs, and 2 replies from Officer Garza. Our real break through was when we mailed the Barbara lady, though I don't honestly know if that did the trick. We had senator, lawyer AND us working on this, so maybe it's just pressure, pressure. Or maybe, it would have gone through any way. We'll never know.

Always best to be pro - active though - if you never buy a ticket, you'll never win the lottery. good.gif
