I got a new email! I sent two last week to "followup" after i did not get a reply.

The new one says:

"Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. A copy of this inquiry has been forwarded to the supervisor for immediate resolution.

Thank you,

Officer Carole"

So now it's Officer Carole....May I ask for her email addie pls?

I just received email from TSC, but its the generic letter that the others got..not saying our 2 petitions ( for our minor children) are for review or anything..

06-08-2010: Married in Nicaragua

07-10-2010: I-130 application submitted

07-24-2010: NOA1 with priority date of 7-18-2010

11-02-2010: Cases Transferred to Texas

11-24-2010: Both cases touched

01-17-2011: Got pissed off and wrote letter to Congressman Sarbanes

01-19-2011: Received response from Congressman telling us the case had been assigned to an officer and to wait 45-60 days.

01-27-2011: NOA2? FINALLY!!!

02-08-2011: Case sent to NVC

02-10-2011: NVC Case Numbers received

02-10-2011: Received email form Consulate in Managua stating that they would request our case from NVC so that we can do all the NVC paperwork with the Consulate and skip the NVC processing wait.

02-11-2011: Sent case numbers to US Consulate in Managua

Looks like we have 3 stages here:

Stage 1: Your application was received at the Texas Service Center and is currently pending Service consideration.

Stage 2: Thank you for your inquiry. This file will be requested from records for review.

Stage 3: A copy of this inquiry has been forwarded to the supervisor for immediate resolution.

Thanks, very enlightening... :lol: At least I have some guidance..better than looking at the sky, wondering.

Though I am still on Stage 1...

Im cautiously optimistic about all of this...lets hope someone gets approved tonight.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!
