Been "twetting" with Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (probably an aide).

DanaRohrabacher Dana Rohrabacher @ @USCIS_Sloth We try our best to help constituents. There is the flood of illegals into our country makes immigration harder to deal with.

USCIS_Sloth Wade Grant @ @DanaRohrabacher and the flood of illegals os causing the delays from TSC when CSC is approving I-130s 2 months after those trs to TSC.

USCIS_Sloth Wade Grant @ @DanaRohrabacher there is a real disconnect with what the issues are. Only if someone would listen and look at the evidence. Disappointed

USCIS_Sloth Wade Grant @ @DanaRohrabacher lets talk. Tony at HB district office has my #. Thanks

Maybe shooting myself in the foot by I am pissed NO ONE IS LISTENING TO THE FACTS!! FFS

listen, the only person who is borderline attacking is YOU so please stop

you have ordered Jenny to apologize in a situation she did not error

now you are subtlely insinuating we're attacking each other

please stop

you are not our father

miind your own business

now THAT was an attack see the difference?

people are attempting to help each other and sometimes the written word comes across wrong but that doesnt mean "attacks" are happening... this thread is NOT the "normal" online forum

Does getting A response from garza mean anything significant?

I got the same blanket response that my file will be reviewed. I am happy I got some response...crazy experience thus far.

Looks like we have 3 stages here:

Stage 1: Your application was received at the Texas Service Center and is currently pending Service consideration.

Stage 2: Thank you for your inquiry. This file will be requested from records for review.

Stage 3: A copy of this inquiry has been forwarded to the supervisor for immediate resolution.

OK gang. You all gotta admit something BIG is brewing. NEVER have we seen so many personal responses from TSC. Even though they may be standardised, they are not the usual placating Officer Clara email. The change from Good Morning to Good Afternoon is also a personal touch. Remember last week, both Jenny & Skynaut had these type of mails from Officer Gaza - and within 7 days, they were both approved. Wednesday was the biggest approval day of the last two weeks also. As a pointer, our approval email/text, came through at 11.59pm EST last night.

Something is going on, they are working hard on these I think. The dam will burst with approvals soon, I am sure. I hope it's tonight, we'll be watching in and cheering every one!!

i think even after our spouses are here we need to keep campaigning... put a FACE on this like Wade has done will make it real for people, showing people and telling people "it took me X amount of time to LEGALLY get my spouse here" will shock most people...

i have a homeschooling friend right now who is trying to bring her 2 adopted babies here and STILL waiting... gimma a break, what kind background check do BABIES need? these children will be toddlers (literally) before this process is done!

this whole process tests ties and damages relationships...

I agree. I tell everyone that I know about how difficult it is to get your wife and kids to the US legally and they are all apalled. I will definitely continue this fight for as long as it takes for there to be some kind of change. I just not right for the gov't to break up our families like this.

have you contacted your embassy/consulate????????

your timeline shows a k-3, which means if they aproved your i-129f and not the i-130, the kk-3 is sitting at consulate/embassy waiting on YOU for interview, NOT at NVC

Email your consulate and start to communicate with them now if you are going the K3 route. K visas do not go through the NVC. The Consulate will call your spouse or deliver her a packet as soon as it arrives. But it's best to email them now and ask about your case.

of course, and I hope there is a pattern. I would love for everyone to get approved overnight...

I wouldn't be surprised if TSC reads this thread and sends us the Garza email just to get us off their bakcs for an hour...

so either it is an email to appease us or it will truly help our case get reviewed? I sure hope and I want to believe that it is the latter...
