has everyone here got the same response ? Is there any differentiation?

" Good Afternoon

Thank you for your inquiry. This file will be requested from records for review.

Thank You

Officer Garza"

Actually Yes, Garza learnt how to copy and paste the same text from boiler plate from his co-workers....

But I really hope he meant what he wrote

Same story here (I'm almost 2 months outside the processing time by now...):

Good Afternoon

Thank you for your inquiry. This file will be requested from records for review.

Thank You

Officer Garza

It looks like it's a total chaos in TSC, and the only way for them to make any progress is check the email! We need to guide them through the piles of cases with the priority dates that they have no track of. Hang in there, TSC, the American citizens are there for you!

yeah...seems they don't email back. As for Officer Garza, we could have all been duped into thinking its something good when we receive that e-mail, rather than just a standard response...especially since all of us have received the same e-mail. You clutch to things that give you hope, but sometimes they are just false hope. Time will tell.

lol you know what gave me hope? garza email was plain, no frills ... vara email was all fru-fru wasting time on signature files....

who is working and who is goofing off at work?? ;)

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

IDK... i 'think' perhaps Garza is 2nd level

my email to the tsc never got a response other than the automated one

but when i sent to the inquiry email addy and got canned response from Officer Vara and responded to it ( and not in nice way, i was pretty angry and told them this out of time procesing was NOT acceptable and so on. asked for supervisor or someone in authority to please give me some answers on where my petitions are, why they have not been processed, when they will be processed and so on... gave them my phone # as well as all info)

anyway, the "reply to" email was just plain TSC email but response came from Garza with that file would be pulled for review or something like that... very plain mail, no frills.

try mailing the inquiry email I posted earlier today which i was thinking was a waste of time but now am thinking that may be the first step ... in response to Vara tell them you want a supervisor to give you answers why this is not being addressed.

in subject line give receipt and expedite #s

receipts WAC1090###### and WAC1090###### and WTC#.. and ETC#... (put your full numbers in)

it sure cant hurt

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Just got this email :

Hello,

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your application. If your inquiry is case-specific, please call and speak to one of the officers or you can make a service request at the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833). This toll-free call center has additional information and, during their specified office hours, can connect you to live assistance in English and Spanish.

Please be advised to listen to all prompts before making a selection. At that time you will be connected to a Customer Service Representative and advise them you would like to make a service request. Keep in mind this email box is not for obtaining any type of Immigration advice and is only to be used for issues with cases at the Texas Service Center. Please use this means of inquiring only after contacting the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 and receiving a service request referral number. If after 30 days of receiving a SRMT number your issue is not resolved, the TSC, NCSC Followup staff will try to resolve your problem.

Please ensure that your email inquiry contains the referral number and all of the necessary information to identify your case, including your complete address. This will allow us to respond to your inquiries timely. If the National Customer Service did not issue a service request please indicate the reason.

If you have not first contacted the 1-800 number and obtained a referral you may not receive a further response.

As a courtesy, we can inform you that the status of your case may be obtained online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do.

Thank you,

Officer Carole

Thank you,

I'm "only" approaching 6 months so plenty of you ahead of me... No clue what that actually means though...
