she doesnt owe anyone an apology....

Jenny posted an uplifting post :

"Congrats to those who were approved!! When we all get to NVC we should start a new thread --> CSC to TSC to NVC: The Saga Continues.

:)" (which i think is a great idea)

and in response to that TomJoyce posted a SARCASTIC "what a great idea...." then went on to gripe... TOTALLY understandable gripe in the situation (I WOULD BE SHAKING SOME PEOPLE FROM TREES IF WE WERE 63 APPROVED!) but completely uncalled for as it seemed directed AT Jenny. So she responded in kind that basically they are in same boat as everyone else, because although they are sitting now for 63 days AFTER approval, they got APPROVED (supposedly, if it was not just a mistaken notification) 100 days earlier than anyone else has goten approved while others (like myself) are sitting at 206 days still waiting.

more clear now?

understandable.

we ALL do that

Well in response to you negitive remarks i said it was a good idea because so many of us are waiting for nvc case numbers and it would be easier to track if we started a thread about those waiting. i feel everyones pain also but if you want to read it as negitive then thats your right to do so but were supposed to be here to help each other. not to get angry because someone got approved before you did

Thank you its really hard waking up everyday hoping today will be the day, but to find out its not

What Province or City is your family in? I lived 30 minutes south of Makati, in Ayala Alabang. The best hospital in my opinion is the Asian Hospital in Ayala Alabang, had to make a few visits while i was living there.

have you contacted your embassy/consulate????????

your timeline shows a k-3, which means if they aproved your i-129f and not the i-130, the kk-3 is sitting at consulate/embassy waiting on YOU for interview, NOT at NVC

On the uscis site it still shows initial review for both the i129 and i130 cut we did receive a hard copy for the approved i130. so should she call the embasy (she is 1 1/2 hours away by plane) and what does she ask them? please let me know.

Some of us come here to vent and spout off as well, since everybody here is more or less sympathetic and seems nobody else on Earth is interested in what we have to say. I think it's natural to get angry when other's get approval although you've been waiting longer. Do not take it personally.

i was not being negative, nor was i angry, and i'm sorry you read it that way. i was just attempting to clarify a misunderstanding that was happening.

thats awesome, i hope you have the same outcome as the majority who have rec'd the Garza email!

i would suggest YOU contact embassy since you are the USC and find out if the paperwork is there waiting for interview to be scheduled. you didnt say if the notice said i-130 or the i-129F was approved. if the i-129f was approved without the i-130 it would have been sent to embassy for k-3 interview

Edited by nab

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

understandable.

we ALL do that

NAB: I hope that your approval comes soon. Wasn't TomJoyce's petition escalated? But USCIS, if they sent out an erroneous approval should have corrected their mistake and admitted their fault. I wonder if they lost TomJoyce's petition? In any case, we need to make sure that we don't attack each other. Lets save our energy to fighting for our families petition approvals and helping each other.
